They said that you need better copy of id. Go to copy shop and make a SCAN copy and then send!
And probably here we have some guys who are same origin as you are so you can ask question in your language,someone will respond you i think.

hahaha bet365 is pretty legit guys lol i've been with them for 3 years and the id that i used was my passport. This people are some syndicate shit, I didnt send any id but only my passport number. They have all my information like an instant light when i told them my passport number.
