            This is getting even funnier now. I am not sure if I should laugh or cry but my wife and I were laughing about that. Looks like bet365 wants a hostage style picture of me. If they want it I will send it and they can compare the pictures.

                I really thought it can get any worse but it got. I need your input what steps i can take now. They even wanted me to make a photo of me holding my id card. i did that but they declined to accept it because i had to hold it with my fingers and therefore covered a little, really little part of the id. they wanted to compare the photo to my face and nothing really nothing of my face or the picture of my face were covered. days before they asked me to make a photo of my id. i made that. i put the id onto the local newspaper of that day and made the picture. they declined to accepte it. what else can i do? they always ask me to provide new stuff just for declining it. that goes on for 7 weeks now. i start getting the feeling that they have no intention to re-open my account or paying me and just want to buy time until i give up.

                to top it off you requested a photo of me holding my id. i made that picture yesterday. first your company said they decline it because it is not clear. it was clear. glassclear. then i went to the chat saying all you wanted was the photo of me holding my id so that you can see it is me on the picture. the guy said he will inform verifications and that they will review it again. now i see an email telling me: "Unfortunately, we are unable to accept this document as we are unable to see the full document." Can you please tell me how i should make a photo of me with my id in my hand and not covering a part of the id with my finger. I am not a magican. I can not let my id fly so that i don`t have to use my fingers for holding it. This is an impossible task. I sent you again and for the last time and i really think of contacting your gambling comission now the following pictures you requested:

                - my id on the local newspaper from last weekend (even showing the date of the newspaper etc)

                - me holding my id card

                - an explanation to the photo of me holding my id card.

                all datas can be seen on both pictures except for a couple of numbers because my fingers cover a part of the id but you can see these numbers on the other picture.

                I really really expekt you to let me bet again with my account after waiting 7 weeks now no later than by lunchtime today.

                I am sorry for my language but I hope for your understanding and my frustration now.

                    Not to sound mean, but it is possible to hold ID without covering any of it. If it's a standard drivers licence type card (plasticised, but not as thick as a credit card) you can just pinch it lightly with your fingertips to hold it, and you won't cover anything.

                    If it's impossible for you to hold it without covering some of it, simply take 2 photos - one with your finger over 1 part, a second with a finger over another part. Or put some double-sided take, or a ball of tape on the back to "stick" to your hand so you don't need to hold any part of it. Get creative.

                    To be fair, I'm actually amazed they consider that acceptable ID anyway.

                    Why can't you just go to your bank in Germany, and get them to officially notarize a photocopy of your ID and mail that in hard copy to Bet365? Why all the newspaper, photo, etc. craziness?

                        Wow. Not to make light of your situation, but this is one of the more unusual and humorous threads I've seen in some time. As AimingHigh stated, I'm amazed as well that they would even consider the ID you've sent.

                        Get a passport. Pain in the ass I know, and a lengthy process, but it'll still probably be a quicker process than the Monty Python routine going on now.

                        Those chat sessions, especially the early ones, must be ludicrously frustrating. It's like communicating with the Borg Collective.

                          In all seriousness, this is a ridiculous situation, if the OP has not done anything wrong. This is money that they have already sent once but refuse to do so again.

                          It is quite clear that they suspect the OP of something and will not release these funds until they receive the missing PVC. Quite why Bet365 Germany will not verify a standard ID (I presume the EU internal passport card) is also a mystery.

                            Don`t think I have not offered that to them. They said they don`t need it. Despite of that i did it and sent it to them. Believe it or not - refused. I sent them my driving license, german id card (which is accepted in all EU countries - you only need a passport when travelling outside of the EU), bank statement, certified birth certificate - they reject everything.

                            They mentioned they sent me the pvc 5 times - why has none of it ever arrived here? Why don`t they accept my documents? They wanted to see if i am the person on the photo of my id - i showed it to them. Whatever I do they reject it. I even told them I will go to a lawyer and get everything certified - they said it is not necessary. They always tell me to send in something - then wait 48 hours - reject it and ask for something new. Then the game starts again. I really want to know why they always tell me they sent the pvc but it does not arrive. Even the mail service is aware of the situation and even they did not have anything for me.

                            I found out that the Gambling comission wants a neutral third party for negoation. But who is a neutral third party they will accept? In case they refuse my documents again I will email the Gambling comission. This is not acceptable anymore. Remember - it all started because some website showed me the wrong BIC (including a 360 at the end which was wrong) and therefore the money was sent back and never seen again.

                            Shady business imho.

                            btw: the id i sent is the European Union German national passport. In case I ask for a new biometrical passport it takes up to 12 weeks to get it (with fingerprint etc).










                            That is how German card look like and they all look the same way. Why didnt they accept mine?

                              That third party would be IBAS but as I have recently discovered neither they or the Gambling Commission will intervene in a case like this. IBAS deals solely with arbitrating cases where the outcome of a bet is disputed.

                              Clearly you giving Bet365 the wrong IBAN/BIC has led to the whole sorry tale and it is probably because of this that that somehow suspect you of cheating.

                              5 unsuccessful attempts to send a letter to Germany cannot be correct, obviously. Are you 100percent sure that the address details you entered are correct?

                                  Yes, the adr is right and i even checked that with their livechat. I even showed them that iban-rechner.de gave me the wrong bic. I even made a screenshot of the iban-rechner.de website with the wrong BIC and the postbank website with the right BIC. What else should I do to show them that the BIC was wrong????

                                      No, they never did that. All they said is we just sent it out, it was sent out on that day or that. I mean how should they prove it? All I get are their statements when they were sent out. Sometimes they tell me it could take up to 6 days, sometimes they tell me it could take up to 28 days. They tell me whatever they want.

                                            i am almost 100 % sure they never sent me the pvc. now that i complained i am also sure that the management guy will reject my id as well. for my own protection i made a picture and send it to them so that they see it is me on the id.

                                            when something goes to management my guess is they will reject it. the managers are there for saving money for the company and not spending it for some damn winning player. horrible experience.

                                            in case they will reject it i will send them a naked picture of me with my id on my penis. maybe they will accept this picture and reopen my account then.

                                              It seems to me that they believe your ID to be fake, given that they have asked you to send it so many times.
                                              If that is the case then you do have a real problem.

                                                    i had asked for a withdrawal in the past of the amount of 4000 euro from bet365 and theydidnt ask me even an id...the only ting they sent me was an email informing me that i wont be alowed for possible reload bonuses in the future...
                                                    they ask this pvc number if sh is going wrong aybe u created the account from a shared pc or i dont know or just maybe because of r mistake abic code they investigated r issue and ur account was suspicious for arb ing or i dont know for what(u definitely know) but i think that bet365 is quite serious company and wont steal ur money like tipico is trying to do with me without een discussing the issue...dont worry u will find a solution

                                                            Make sure you are making high resolution scans of these documents. Go to a store that makes these and pay them. Don't try to make digital pictures from your phone camera and send them. Make sure the numbers at the bottom of the passport can be seen clearly.

                                                                    In my case it was easy, i was allowed to bet even before sending my ID to bet365. Then they requested it and sent it over, but never got my account blocked. Maybe they changed their policy. Wicked.
