I met my 4X rollover in Bookmaker from the BTP contest yesterday ($2500), and requested a payout via Western Union for $1000 (out of $5600). I received no confirmation email or call, so this morning I talked to a CS rep (Amy) in live chat. I asked her if I have a pending payout. She says it has been declined. I asked why, and she said I need to send a credit card authorization form. I explained that this money was from a contest I finished 2nd place in, that it carried a 4X rollover which I have met, and has nothing to do with a credit card deposit. She said this was from a September '09 $25 transaction. I told her I don't have a problem with sending my debit card info, but that this does not apply whatsoever with my BTP winnings. She said that's company policy, and that I have to talk to a manager to see if that can be overridden. I can honestly say I have no faith in that happening. I didn't get rude with her, but this is a hassle I don't deserve. Nobody derserves that, frankly.
I understand Bookmaker has a solid reputation (A+, can't get no higher). But that money is MY money NOW. That $25 from September came and went, and I was not notified of needing to send that info. What if I was to have used a prepaid gift card? Now I'm sure I'm going to pull out ALL of my money, if and when this gets resolved. Help!!
