I would have to agree...That taints SBR's opinion when a legitimate complaint actually gets filed though, and that is why SBR is so quick to side with the book even when the book is in the wrong

I have filed three complaints here over the last year and a half and have been very happy with the results.
Did I always get what I felt I was entitled to? No, but that was certainly not Sportsbookreviews fault. In all cases I found them to be very supportive.

In the last week, I've been seeing about 10 new complaints per day. And I am one of many people working these. Most of the ones I work with cannot be resolved with 2 emails - they take factual investigations.
Backlog? Perhaps.

I usually respond within 1 business day to any complaint assigned to me. If you haven't heard from me, I probably haven't seen it.

Myself and 3 of my friends joined 247vegasbook.com,had been talking to a guy named Brady Cooper said he was the manager,said site was legit,i got paid money gram twice,my friends put in 11,000 got 11,000 bonus,we ran all 4 accounts up to over 50,000,then they shut down,server issues,then they said they were moving from Dominican Republic to Costa Rica,haven't heard a word since then,Can you help me with this issue,Thanks Terry

SPORTBOOK.COM running payout scams.
Avoid at all costs the Costa Rica enterprise known as SPORTBET.COM.
In 1 month I've had several issues that required me dialing cust service, asking and waiting hours for a manager, then finally resolving the small issues.
On 12/15 I submitted 2 requests for $2000 check via fed ex (5-10 business days).
I received the first one within 6 business days. The second one still has not arrived, and (this is the sleazy part) I was called by customer service to ask me if I could accept bank wire transfer "because it wil get to you quicker". "we are about to cut the check today, and send it fed ex, but if you allow us, a bank wire will reach you sooner".
Of course I said OK. Only to find that another "request" was put through and I have to wait 3-5 MORE business days for this NEW request.
All this for a lousy $2000?!?!
This place is a scam with morons for customer service agents...so BEWARE!!
