some books may limit the total amount well belwo the side limit, but the fact is they make money on every side and total long term. so doing away with totals would be like giving away money for large sportsbooks. not EVER gonna happen dude.

I would imagine CBB totals may be one market on which books are a net loser, at least in the last few years.

Overall NCAAB is a major sport, yes. Whether or not a lot of people follow or bet on it in the early season is another matter.

some books that used to have them up either don't have them up or reduced limits
