This is fairly typical of SIA when it comes to withdrawal if this was first tiem to withdraw. Delay, act confused, see if the guy goes away then..... pay. they been doing this song and dance for years. Bet365 does the same things. You will get paid.

I had my first withdrawel from sia in the last month after being a customer from them for many years.

For me, they took 3-4 days to process a request to get my ID. Then I got 3.5k into Moneybookers within a few days. Few weeks later, they did a 5k wire and I received it with zero delay. Thumbs up to SIA.

Ive experienced same issue, "security". Problem was I did not upload my documents (id, utility bill, and cc). Once that was done, everything worked fine. Did you upload your documents?

SIA robbed me of a menial sum. I was at someone's house who also had a SIA acct, made the mistake of logging in at that IP. That gave SIA the green light to accuse us of multiple things, like bonus scamming etc.

Anything not to pay out, no different than any other shit book. I only play at established books like bookmaker and 5dimes. The rest are on life support and will do anything not to pay... betonline, betus, the list goes on.

Pathetic mob. Registered an account, deposited (moneybookers - not even CC) and found out I cannot place sportsbook bets because my account needs to be verified by the 'security team' prior to using the sportsbook (yet I can use the Casino).

Sent in docs and account still hasn't been verified after 5 days - I guess they want me to play the casino. Keep getting the excuse that I have to wait in line behind other customers due to 'fairness'.

They like to play games when it comes to withdrawals. Going on my 16th business day and no payout. I'm sure my ..... will get "lost" in the mail like it always does.

THIS IS UNTRUE. The security department accepted it fine however I accidentally blacked out the date so had to resubmit it with date. So in other words leave date, name, address info unblacked.

I don't understand how SBR can actively promote this book.

After waiting 1 and 1/2 weeks to play my deposit (verification), I've now had my account access to the sportsbook removed, simply because I won $400 on top of my deposit.

Don't waste your time on this mob.

My experience is similar to many others here. Ultra slow to pay, submitted an SBR complaint and got paid. Was booted from the sportsbook a couple of weeks later ahead of them by maybe $200.

Had a good year + run on that book. Made good profits, and was always paid; until, out of the blue, they told me my account was banned and refunded all my open bets. The open bets were only for a few hundred so I didnt put up much of a fuss over it. But terrible customer service, only said that it was a 'security' issue, and that was after an hour on the phone and even longer on their chat. I would not recommend dealing with this book, 0 transparency.

Looks like I'll be doing the same.

Submitted my request 5 weeks ago. Started inquiring 3 weeks ago about the whereabouts.

1st week: "It will be there next week."
2nd week: "It will be there next week."
Today: "It was just sent, it can take 7-14 business days"

I was also ripped off by Sports Interaction, stay away, they govern themselves, and there is no neutral third party overseeing the Mohawks running this when you go looking for help., and they know it!

DO NOT use sportsinteraction.com. I made several winning bets but they refused to pay me out. they voided all my winning bets. when i called to complain they CLAIMED that the bets were made while the site was experiencing technical issues during the time of 7pm to 9pm. that is so BS!! Then I asked, why did you honor my losing bets? Why not void those too since they were made at 8pm during the time they CLAIM they were experiencing technical issues. The rep said, those losing bets were valid. OMG WTF?!?!?! DO NOT USE SPORTSINTERACTION!!! They are scam artists! and the site should be flagged and shutdown!!
