I have tried 3 times over the last several weeks to get my acct verified. Their KYC process is terrible. Same thing they say to everyone photos are blurry etc. Any ideas? Thanks

it took me 5 business days to verify ID and then they said my ID photo was too blurry (and it was kind of blurry to be fair), I resent a new one immediately and that took another 5 business days, and then I was finally verified. Made my first withdrawal, that took 5 calendar days (not business days and was paid out on a sunday night). Took a long time but I did get paid. Have to wait a few days, maybe a week, before I can make my next withdrawal request (at least in BTC); overall quite cumbersome but I have been paid thus far.

I’m still waiting , got an email stating I never sent them. And then got an automated response saying we are looking at the docs. This is frustrating

Garbage book I hope they go under, sent docs got denied again. They wont tell you why. Stay away from this useless book. Any ideas what I can do about this ? TIA

It's normal for them to act this way. Not much you can do to hurry their stalling up but you should see your funds eventually.
