#2No not solid or reputable.
And will muck you around with repeated kyc requests to delay every payout, every time.
You will usually be paid, but weeks later and with low max withdraw limits.
Avoid now, they appear to be circling the drain..Comment -

They’ve fallen way behind and are perishing. Payouts are 2-3 days if you’ve done KYC. That’s 2.5 days slower than all the best books. If you have to KYC, be prepared for a total run around that will last 2 weeks. They will say your photos are blurry. They will say they didn’t get your photos. Every excuse in the book will be volleyed by them. It’s a simple consumer choice and they’ve lost touch with their industry and customer base.
But the obnoxious and disrespectful way they treat every customer with the BS blurry image or lost email crap to delay shows more than anything else they simply should not be trusted.
I think all regular S&I readers know these people are the type to cut and run with everyone's balances before going broke. Once it becomes inevitable they are going out of business..Comment -

They are not..I opened an account on November 2023. I requested my first withdrawal and they requested prof of address and ID. I provided all. After 5 days again they told me photos are not clear. I had to resend and wait another 5 days. Next response was your account has been closed because you are from NJ. On the meantime, they let me deposit and bet. They did not have any issues, but when i asked to withdraw my winning 4,000$ they closed my account for that bs excuse. I am still trying to get my money back but no luck...STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!
They no longer hold any license that I know of, so there isn't much place to turn to help get a fair hearing anymore.
As I said months ago. Circling the drain.

And they have a drop select box that puts a green tick next to New Jersey addresses as allowed when selected as signing up.
And then allowed him to join and deposit.
But even if you think a hidden term should over ride all that, do you think him having played from New Jersey means they can steal a deposit anyway!?.Comment -

They cut my limits so I can only bet up to $100 on every market. They obviously did this to try to stop me from completing my $24000 rollover. These clowns are such a joke.Comment -

#17Terrible book avoid at all cost.
many delays on blurry pictures even after I got approved (took several weeks) after about a month withdrawing the max each week they ask for more identifcation. after weeks to finally get approved again (they take 3-4 business days to replay) got approved. and now today there asking me before they approve my next withdrawl that they notice am betting at a different state which is B.S never even use the account to bet anymore. Think it was just a auto response to delay further. Crossing my fingers to get rest of my money.
The only thing that gave me confidece they will eventually pay is because they cut my limits to 100. Why cut limits if your not going to pay?Comment -

#20Everygame is a Scam
I have had an Everygame account for several years and have always had an insanely difficult time withdrawing (KYC process usually takes 2-3 months, and I have had to verify my identification 3 separate times, and they required 4 different proof of addresses and two forms of government issued photo identification that they always claim is blurry until you resend). Most recently, I did make a couple of successful withdrawals a month or two ago. Since then, I have been using the account sparingly (but making sure to place a few bets regularly to not be a dormant account) mainly waiting for some futures bets to settle, so I can withdraw the winnings and never have to deal with everygame again. Then, I tried to log onto my account, and I was notified that it was deactivated even though I had large sums of money tied up in pending bets. They will not give a reason for deactivation, and there are no valid reasons for one. They are completely unresponsive to my e-mails, and I have a feeling they are just going to take my money. Does anyone have any advice on what to do to get my money from that account? I am thinking about taking some pretty drastic actions.Comment -

#21Everything is a scam according to these boards. Everygame is known to have a pretty annoying kyc process but if they asked for ALL that over and over maybe just maybe there is a reason.Comment -

#22They don't have any license or regulator, and their terms say any disputes shall be settled in a court in their jurisdiction (not sure where that is these days). So there is not really much you can do as far as forcing them to do anything.
bookmakersreview.com or osga.com have dispute services that handle unlicensed bookmakers and might be worth a try..Comment -

#27Hello!
I recently made an everygame account and did the first deposit bonus. I ran my account up to 23,000 and just completed my bonus. I sent all my verification documents in days ago and now I’m just waiting and waiting. I’ve read some really bad things that they scare people and do not pay. Now I’m worried that is going to happen to me…Is there anyway you could help me with this?Comment -

This process is very frustrating and it's why many players have left them in the dust. Their withdrawal process is in the stone ages versus their competition. Again, try not to do anything to piss them off and be patient, you will very likely get the cash.Comment -

#30Used them for years and never had any issue. Request payouts Monday morning and always come either Wednesday or Thursday.
One small issue earlier this year where they asked for documents I had sent in the past again and they kept telling my it was blurry but after sending it a few times it got approved.Comment -

I have no special in or contact there anymore but can suggest to avoid live chat and use the support email instead. At least that goes to a more experienced person than a live chat agent. I'd also ask up front if the matter can be escalated to a manager for review. After that the two best places to request help are from bookmakersreview.com and osga.com who both have a sponsorship relationship with them and will be in contact with key Intertops staff who can help with this..Comment -
