I went back to the live chat tonight and told "Jeff" I will keep calling BetFastAction and keep getting others to call them too if he doesn't pay me. I got an e-mail very soon after saying they will send me $750 ($1K - the 25% fee I'm letting these thieves keep) in "3-5 business days."

Keep hammering away at them, and keep calling BetFastAction if they don't pay.

Because they provide the software and services that run the site (the odds-making, account record-keeping, etc.). They aren't responsible for the payouts, but they can cut the Cashbet dudes off if they aren't paying. I'm sure they don't want to fire a client, but they also don't want their service being used by scammers.

Honestly I debated even letting others know this worked. I'm sure the Cashbet dudes got themselves in a big hole and are now limited in who they can pay. Others getting paid limits what I can get paid. :-) But whatever, I'd written this off as a total loss, so if I get anything, fine. And I'd be OK if these dudes just got shut down so they can't scam anyone else which might happen with enough calls to BetFastAction.

They're liars and scammers unfortunately. They clearly don't want anyone calling BetFastAction though so I'll keep doing that. It would be great if others scammed by them would do the same. At the very least would be cool to see the site shut down.
