Having said that, I don't dispute what some are saying about not being paid, certainly would not endorse anyone to play at CB unless they have high tolerance of risk vs reward, and maybe not even then.

I signed up at another site recently and mentioned to them I'd been scammed by another site. The agent guessed "Was it a guy named Rick?". He said they know who he is; a well-known scammer in Costa Rica. I'm sure BetFastAction is either in on it with him or just doesn't care as long as he pays them.

Still there for me. Also BetFastAction still sees my account. And for some reason the live dealer access returned today. Now up to $30.5K of Cashbet Monopoly money after a nice run there today. :-)
