If they make up "bitcoin processor", they can make up anything for other methods way easier.

I was recently scammed by these guys too. All the same story as others have listed: "Rick", broken processor, etc. It's definitely a scam site.

I'm guessing not, but is there any way to identify the people operating such scam books or any way to get the sites pulled down?

How are you communicating with them? Via the chat? Any idea what your friend did to get paid? How long was his/her wait?

"Rick" at Cashbet keeps saying sorry and that everyone will be paid. "Sarah" just says she has re-raised the request with the "Finance" department (lol). Have you ever spoken with them by phone?

Has anyone here ever heard of people successfully getting a scam sportsbook shut down? I'm wondering if there's ever been a case of scammed customers somehow getting that done or even identifying the operators of the scam.

I asked above and didn't get a response from anyone, so I'm assuming the answer is No, but has anyone here ever heard of someone finding one of these scammers or at least getting their site shut down? (I'm guessing it's basically impossible, but it would be cool if it's happened and would be awesome if it could be done with Cashbet.)

I have no idea. I'm new to all this. What's the back story on CRsportsbet? What happened with them?

They list two numbers on their website:

CS/SALES: 1-800-359-7042
WAGERING: 1-800-359-9082

The CS/Sales number just goes to a recorded message telling you to contact them via e-mail or web chat.

But I was able to get someone live via the Wagering line. She was unfamiliar with CashBet.ag and said they do not support the site. She is going to escalate the issue to a manager who she says will investigate and get back to me.

I spoke with a supervisor at BetFastAction. He confirmed they actually do license their software to Cashbet. (The associate I spoke with previously was incorrect.) He said the best they can do is contact the Cashbet agent asking them to pay. But he said I was the first to ever call with this complaint on Cashbet so for now they would not end the relationship. If you or anyone else also want to log the complaint, you can do so via the BetFastAction number: 1-800-359-9082.

Or so I'm told. Who knows though... maybe just all part of the scam.
