They better get their shit together soon! I'm patient but come on man it's been 2 days and still counting now. I don't know of any book that was down for this long and I've been on all the books for decades now.

BETDSI and BOOKMAKER did their upgrades a few years ago and were down for an hour or two tops. Bovada is a BIG well known book also.

I think their update was trying to improve their live wagering with more accurate real time scores as that has been a major problem and complaint for several months now, if not, for 1-2 years. It was briefly up yesterday early morning but all the soccer games were off and games that started were still showing as lines before the game. I was about to bet but figure it will eventually get voided. And then w/in 5-10 mins the site went down again.

But whatever the update is the updated site better be some gold standard stuff or I'm packing my bags of money and leaving.

Are they not? I'm not following them on Twitter, so not sure. But I assume you're being sarcastic here.

If they aren't providing constant updates, I can actually appreciate why. I've worked in IT for over 20 years. You strive to not have critical issues such as this, but when the unexpected does happen, it's often not clear when you are going to be out of the woods until you actually are. Because you don't know if the untested thing you're doing to try to solve the unexpected disaster is going to work...or if there's another unforeseen problem which will arise because you're trying this untested fix. So clients always want to know "When will the system be back up?", but you really have no clear answer for them. The best you can do is make educated guesses with a % confidence attached to them which is going to be something far less than 100%. Is it better to make deadlines / promises that you aren't sure you can keep? Because missing out on those deadlines / promises can make matters even worse. It's a tricky situation.

TLDR; Recovering from an unexpected disaster scenario is never easy or fun.

Jibbers very square & green with his betting style & some weeks that works great. Majority weeks in a season, I would say no … Jibby does this for purely entertainment & it has nothing to do with anything he does in real life. This man is very successful in other financial avenues that’s the facts.

Bovada has paid me many, many times over the years, and always within two days. As recently as a week ago. Fortunately I never got to the point of withdrawing from Youbetonit. I doubt Bovada continued paying if the y were out of money and planning on shutting down. Give it a couple of weeks, and all will be forgotten.
