Bookmaker as most of the Offshore books rely on deposits to run their business. And now with US having loads of legal books those deposits dry up quickly. So they tighten up withdrawals to try and hold your money.Comment -

Been trying to cash out a big Thanksgiving win today and their site keeps magically not providing the 4 digit code needed to cash out….and I can’t get a straight answer from customer service as to why the issue persists. I’ve had the same exact issues also with the site logging me out right in the middle of making a live wager (which of course happened to be the winning side)

How are you getting the codes? I had some issues with getting the code sent to my phone, so I asked them to change to sending by email. And now they do both, so if there's an issue with sending to my phone I get it to my email and vice versa. Most of the times I get them sent to both.Comment -

Providing my 2 cents, I have played with BM for over 5 years, been my primary book. Only offshore here as I dont have access to US books in my state. Just cashed out a couple grand last week and some the week before as well. I get my money usually within 30 minutes via crypto. The website is the major issue for them lately, always a bit laggy or occasionally down, but in terms of payout reliability, that really has never even been remotely a question for me anyway and I have cashed out around 25k since Jan. The code always gets to my cell immediately so I dont know why that would be different for others. Even their live chat has been responsive when I have had questions about things. Most of the posts here are negative so just wanted to at least throw my experience out here as someone who has used the book for a very long time.Comment -
I agree with the site issues for sure. For someone like me I guess the ability to get fast "larger" payouts is something I just put up with. Some of the horror stories of other books and payouts make the site issues seem like a small inconvenience, especially to someone with no onshore options.Comment -
