Could a Bookmaker employee/rep please tell us why your website is such a POS?

Its constantly down, and when it actually does work, it runs slow as hell.

Every time I go to history and look at things I ending up with a loading screen that never shows what I need. If I refresh the page, it never loads again....then I try to logout and the whole POS website freezes.

On top of that, you idiots auto log us out every 15 min so when I do try to make a live bet, I have to logout, hope the page loads and I can log back in within the 20 seconds you actually put the line up during commercial break

Basically, you guys absolutely suck and this has been going on for way too long and I want to know WTF is going on and why you cant get it right?

And yes, I've thought about leaving their pos site many, many times, but as much as they suck, I need them for the limits I play

I second this. I hate it when it happens, especially when I'm trying ot play live. Only advantage is the quick payouts, which imo is what makes it worth it

Trying to sign in now and finding out what most others are saying: slow, or in my case can't get in. Not an issue on my end, every other site is fine. Nothing on Twitter from them saying technical difficulties. Thanks Bookmaker.

My guess is that they literally upgraded the software in place. The old version doesn't exist anywhere anymore. The only way is forward for them.

They do not. I didn't realize CRIS had any lines different from bookmaker.

Yeah, it all changed this year. Last year BetCris and Pinnacle had their own/different live lines for these sports. Live College Basketball is a shell of what it once was. And BetCris no longer offers any of the pregame NFL props that I believe Bookmaker still does. (no player props, no anytime TD, longest FG...etc)
