I've had an exchange freeze my account for further verification, but they never gave me an exact time it would be complete and they never took that long. Think mine was 3 days. Definitely feels like a stall tactic to try and get more deposits to either pay players with those funds or run off with more money. If a book can't meet it's financial obligations now they are in big trouble. Bowl season just started, NFL playoffs are coming up, NCAA hoops in full swing and NBA just started. Books should be raking in the deposits.

Just had a chat with them again just to confirm Jan. 11th is still the date they can make payouts. The guy James in chat said yes that is the date still and assured me it is going to happen. He said SBR also reached out as well and they told them the same date. So I'm still being optimistic about it. Hopefully the 11th we can all get paid! Like I said before, they are calling people cheaters, in order to not pay.

I have no way of verifying who cheated and how. But they should be able to tell SBR why they believe such.

At least return people’s deposits.

I honestly think they are broke hence using any excuse to justifying stealing players deposits and justifying others to fund them.

Yes, they have responded to SBR. They claim I am using a VPN or proxy to log in and cheat them. I have no other specific information about it but I have done nothing to hide my location or identity from them and I still don't understand what the cheating they claim is.

It does make me wonder how careful I have to be with other sites as I log in from my work computer and I have no control over that server? In 20 years of online gambling I've never had any sort of accusation like this. My work server does block some gambling activity which I just turn off and access through phone data. I think deep down they just looked for an excuse to not pay me or made one up that I can't dispute and they aren't even allowing me to dispute.

They didn't say anything about his betting being suspect or what that might mean. Just that they detected that and think it is enough to confiscate his balance. Obviously we didn't agree. But there was no use going further with the conversation until we see if they do start paying again anyway.

Yeah it's suspicious but BOL/Heritage would not be confiscating anything without some sort of wrongdoing as well. Like showing a link to another account betting the same games for a combined amount over the limit. Worst any legit book would do is pay and boot the person if they were genuinely suspicious but had no decent evidence.

Which they could also duplicate with the username and password, they have it. I know I wasn't in 2 cities and had no one else log in for me. If they want to use that to take balances, there is nothing we can do.
