He said the 24 hours is right and they have a lot of payouts they are doing so maybe a little more time but weekends don't count. It definitely smelled funny when they told me they had to set up my account thru chat and sent me the bitcoin address for deposit thru chat also.. Then go to chat to get paid out too?? Just never heard of that.. Yes red flags for sure.. I don't ever want or take a bonus, they just had something I like playing that only EZ live betting has for US bettors so I took the chance... And look at me now. I believe if we stick together and with the help of SBR and if we continue to stay on them they will pay. (I hope)

I've been completely shut out. They won't respond to any communication at all. Just hope SBR can do something. My last documented balance I could get a screenshot for was $9390. If SBR got me my balance back I would donate half of that!

They probably had good intentions, but took some huge hits and couldn't pay out their winners. Your only recourse would be to travel to whatever 3rd world country these jagaloons are from and confront them in person.

They told me more than 24 hours since Thursday. I went back yesterday and they said weekends don't count. So I'm giving them tomorrow as well.. Hopefully it'll work out but if Tuesday comes without the payout I will try to tell chat and text Tony who texted me and was nice when I put in the deposit. Tell them what we are thinking and just feel it out. SBR report/claim or hit up Optional next. Just go thru the process I guess. We will see what happens.

I don't have an account with these yahoos, but I feel for you guys. So I emailed their customer service (gmail address). Some guy named Frank responded and said they were having issues with their wallet -- he said they had reached the limit of the amount of funds they could send and they were working on it. Anyone that knows how bitcoin works knows that's complete bullshit. The only limits they'd face was if they were using an exchange, which would be really, really dumb of them since what they're doing is illegal.

I said great, gave him the address and asked when can I expect it and he told me they didn't have an exact ETA. Here is what was said next:

Me: well sir... honestly... I've been reading a few things on SBR and a few people have been waiting they say for their payouts as wellso when you said it was approved I was excited to go tell them... now you saying no ETA is somewhat concerning do you know what I mean?
Will: I understand what you are saying buddy, but you will be paid in full, just like other players that their request has been approved, like I mentioned our companys btc wallet hit the limits and is requested to send several documents to raise them, so we are on the process of it
Me: Money is hard for me right now so it's just very important
Will: as soon as our limits are open again, we will send you an email to confirm your payout was sent we appreciate your understanding and loyalty to the company

Then we said bye and thanks etc so.. I mean... All I can do is hope they come through.

Crypto exchanges have daily/monthly limits on fiat/crypto deposits and withdrawals. They usually set these limits based on the level of verification you're willing to go through.

They responded to my email fairly quickly when I contacted them at cs AT dimecrypto dot com.

....and then they stopped responding when I called them out on their claim that they had reached their wallet's outgoing transaction limit. That's not how bitcoin works, but an excuse they use to stall -- hoping that customers are none the wiser.
