Thanks to all for the good information contained in this thread. I hate it when you're working on a huge rollover, and all of a sudden they take betting options away or cut limits. If you're locked into the rollover it seems like they should be locked into their wager menu at least until you clear it.

I was dealing with Frank, and of course he just blamed it on the risk department, and of course they are not available to talk with. Deposit would be nice but I spent 2 months betting straight with them, just went on a crazy lucky run.

Oh man...sorry to hear about all you guys sweating payouts...it takes so much work to win and then if the book you happen to be up at starts playing games...I know that's just soured my love of handicapping for months at a time more than once. I know a pro is just supposed to accept it as a cost of doing business especially if you're dealing with shops that offer 300% bonuses, but I don't think there are many people wired that way.

I asked for a payout and "Mary Jane" said that it may take longer than normal because of high volume of payouts???
I said how long does it usually take and she said 24 hours but this may take a little longer.
Hope I get paid out... I'm sure they would keep my money if I lost.. I never understood the professional gambler thing... If I lost my money its theirs.. If I win, it should be mine. Isn't that the point?

5 dollars a bet, just for winning $1,500. You can't do a damn thing betting $5/game. penetrate these guys. I'm sure they had good intentions, but probably took some huge hits. They likely have very little backing/banked, so they need to wait for new deposits to come in in order to pay you guys. Not sustainable.
