I logged a ticket very late last night about an issue and it was resolved via email FAST! BM deserves the recognition as a PREMIUM book. Seriously. These guys are top notch so far. And resolving your issue the way they did shows that they have vision. It builds player confidence to see them handle things like this. And separates them from the rest. A++++ all the way!

As of today I am no longer allowed to bet on politics with them.
I was told that ""We continuously assess the leagues and markets offered and make adjustments in-line with business needs. The decision was made recently to no longer offer entertainment to any customers who are not considered to be ‘recreational’ players.I apologize but this means that until further notice we will no longer be able to offer these markets to you."
So in addition to tennis and table tennis, that's now a third category where I can't bet with them.
It would be a shame if this is the direction they're going.

I'm surprised that they don't do it on a case-by-case basis because even people who've never placed a bet in a category like table tennis will be blocked from placing a bet in that category if they're deemed non-rec as you say.

I never used it for years until the month of June. I deposited 5 times and they paid me 5 times within

an hour. I can't ask for anything better than that. I have no reason to ever bet anywhere but there.

They took over my #1 spot from nitrogen.

For me some tennis matches are blocked and some table tennis matches are blocked, but I can also bet on some matches in these sports. It's not like that for you?

Since my earlier post today I have been able to place bets on politics, ten minutes after I was told by their cs I was no longer able to and that this was a new rule introduced today.
I wonder if their cs just press a button to come up with random answers.

(I have had this error message in the past, they're saying they're working on but it's been months since I first reported and they haven't been able to sort it.)

Ah okay. That makes sense now. Yeah, CS at these sportsbooks have a reputation for handing out incorrect information. If I have a technical issue, I usually won't even contact them as I know it's a waste of time. Just wait and try again later.

Same thing happened me somewhat recently. Out of the blue live NBA sim betting wasn't showing up for an afternoon. I asked CS and got the same non-rec answer. An hour later everything was back to normal.

You should check out the interview with Bookmaker's Director of Live Trading that was posted here recently. He says that traders have differing opinions on this but he personally and very strongly believes that if someone is sharp in one sport, it's best to assume that person is sharp in every sport they bet. He said this would be his default position until you get to a very large sample size that says otherwise. I forgot the top number he quoted but he said 2-3000 bets wasn't enough for him to change his mind.

I try to bet Dinos Over 4.5 -135 and its goes to -145. I click it. Then it goes -155. I click it again. They give me 5.5 -155??? Only $108 bet, but you get the higher number and the same juice?? Thats bullshit?? Called them and all bets are final. Line is now 5.5 -115. I never wanted 5.5 to begin with??

Then on top of that, I'm 53 years old and they're trying to force me to use Bitcoin. Both checks and ** have $50 charges. WTF is that? I'm done with them soon enough. DK and FD are too convenient
