Bookmaker.eu limits winning players.

So bookmaker.eu lowered max bets on most of the small leagues to 50 eur per click and limited access to some of leagues (i cant see any tennis leagues, most of the table tennis leagues). When i asked them via live chat they answered "the decisio was made to limit access to these leaguea because you are not recreational player".

Do you guys knew about such bookmaker behaviour? They were advertising "all action welcome"...

The limited access to certain sports is interesting. Can someone confirm if they are actually offering tennis these days? Tennis is my main sport, I'm way up over the years, and lately I haven't seen tennis events at all, despite barely doing any tennis since the corona outbreak. I thought they had just stopped offering them since it's all exhibition.

I also asked if this was just during corona virus outbreak and if restrictions would be lifted once main tour returns and was told yes, but this was also live chat so it's only a 50 per cent chance that is accurate. But let's hope so.

You were probably scalping their lines and that they caught on finally and limited you. All these books think they are wising up, but they are still dumb. Their table tennis (probably regular tennis too) lines were very scalpable because of the dynamic change in lines and some other books react much slower or don't react at all. Even though youre betting the true line with them they still limit you or worse don't even show the lines anymore. I sent them an email asking why the lines don't appear anymore they didn't even respond. I knew the reason just tickle their pink anyways by asking.
Just stupid management. Why would you limit players who are betting true lines in your book and betting on the soft or stale lines at other books? The other books should be the ones limiting you or not allow you to bet.
Are any of these upper management morons hiring offshore? I can teach them something about risk management.
Basically imagine pinnacle who has sharp lines limiting you; it just doesn't make sense they are the side that you lose money to in arbing... Just like would be the case here long term at bookmaker but they're too stupid to realize that.
They used to be my favorite book. So much heavy casino action years back...just because bet on some props and alternate lines they consider you a pro and they do not even give cash back on the casino for years now.....dicks. And gave them an absolute ton of regular degenerate sports action and chase plays

I'm a big fan of BM even though their constant tech issues and clueless CS drives me insane.
It is concerning that a book that welcomes winners are now implementing restrictions, but if it's only something they do in covid times when they have less money coming in, I'm understanding of that. I just hope that the restrictions are lifted once things go back to normal.

I checked and it's the same for me with Tennis all blanked out. I've never made a tennis bet but my account doesn't earn BetPoints so I assume this restriction is site-wide for anyone they've deemed not recreational

yeah, it's not just you. Tennis already disappeared a couple of months ago (first step was disabling all parlay options a year ago or so).

The 50 Euro limit on small markets is new though. The site displays the normal limits ($100 in Euro), but when you bet more than EUR 50 it just keeps on processing. It was mentioned here a couple of days ago already, and I also heard it from others. Seems like they limited loads of players at one go.

It says it right here. Besides, how many of us are winners consistently? I occasionally win and the occasions are getting less and less frequent. I do like playing where there is a comfort knowing that if I do get on a lucky streak, they will not just boot me...that counts for brand trust you know.

Thanks for pointing out that link. To be clear, however, they only say that they don't kick players out. They say nothing about limiting players. I know for a fact that they will do things like limit players on props/futures and remove the ability to parlay.

Simply could not place bets anymore and it said "call support". Still have 2 bets pending on the Champions League in that account. Worst part it I just deposited a few k through bitcoin and after the deposit I simply couldn't bet anymore. No table tennis involved or scalping involved.

I've never heard of anyone being denied all bets unless they were past-posting (including using a faster feed on in-game). Did you call them? If you were past-posting, they typically give you a warning, then re-open the account.

Well, you heard it now. It was a "management decision". I assure you there was no past posting. Last bets were on Europa League, some ML NBA bets, a few NHL ML bets and Brazil soccer bets. All placed hours before the start. Fairly large amounts close to the limit though. 26 february last accepted bets. Some bets placed on 18 february on the CL are still pending. No warning given either, I had to find out after reupping and then being denied bets on the site.

Yes, he did say that because that's what chat told him. However, we have several people in this thread saying that they have the same limits, and I believe them over Bookmaker chat, so we know he wasn't actually limited

Sportsbook chat agents often have no idea what they're talking about, and I've found Bookmaker's to be THE WORST. Talking to them is like banging your head against a cement brick wall repeatedly for 30 minutes. If OP came at them with a question like "WHY was I limited in this market?" instead of "WAS I limited in this market?" their approach to finding an answer will be completely different. Yes, I realize that makes no sense.

Horrible news. Losing one of rare sportsbooks that was doing things the right way is a big hit for bettors worldwide.

I was using them because in a lot of cases they had better limits for tennis openers then Pinnacle. Seems like that is going to change now

BM managing risk for the "smaller" markets with broad measure, chat saying "non rec" etc probably not accurate.

BM will limit these markets as well after higher limit action has been taken.

But I don't know of too many accounts be closed outright and players getting kicked for beating the market at BM.

SBR have anything to say about this?

well then maybe SBR can help us get them to change their "about us" page cause they claim otherwise....I wonder if there are others like you out there....it's good to know which sites are experiencing "troubles' which is causing them to revisit some of their long held policies.
