Dude, Bitcoin Cash is NOT Bitcoin. That is a very basic thing. When you send to the wrong currency address, your money is gone. The book won't get it and you won't be able to retrieve it either. If they are offering you a Freeplay for the amount you sent, they are being generous, IMO. I say that because the book received NOTHING. Take it and do what you can with it.

As long as BCH wasn't sent to a Segwit address, the money won't be lost. Addresses starting with "1" are legacy, "3" is segwit. Optional said it went from a CashAddr format. This is a newer BCH address that avoids confusion so that BCH doesn't go to a BTC address. It went from a BCH address to a BCH wallet so all is OK.Comment -

They gave me the address he put it on the main site of the books main page after the one they sent in the e-mail did not copy because it was in that weird box . Ok i am surprised they sent me all the recordings and out of the 4 the one i was 99.9 % positive about where i asked Bitcoin Cash i am now 100 % positive on. I HAVE the recording. And i MORE then once asked him clearly if that is what they wanted me to do and he said YES more then one.
They said they will give me in the e-mail a $250 bonus. They told me i never said cash and i have absolute proof i did . The money of course is still not in my account .
Even though they are saying i never said BCCash i have proof they said that and were saying i did not. A $250 FP 1xs roll seems unfair since i have proof THEY said that.Comment -

Someone else here will hopefully be a member and confirm they really do take BCH deposits as it says on the outside of the site.
Or, can you please go and do a test deposit request and make double sure that they offer a BitcoinCash option and gives you a wallet address starting with "p" to send it to?
This entire issue is dumbfoundingly difficult to see where any real problem is.
