If you have done it that many times I am surprised they have not already closed your account and marked you as failing KYC. A lot of books give you three chances and then treat it like you are refusing to send a good enough photo on purpose.

Explain what sort of photo you are trying to send and I can probably tell you what is wrong. Or PM me a copy of it if you like.

It won't be their eyes saying no, they use an ID verification service. They upload your image and that company's software says if the image is good enough or not.

Usually finding a different camera, or changing the current one to higher resolution will solve this. And if they are asking you to hold a passport or document next to your face, you need to get someone else to take this photo for you, VERY close to your face and the document, so when it is blown up they can clearly see the smallest writing.

My camera phone has good quality (8 megapixel).
All the photos I sent were of good quality and were clear and readable.
I took and uploaded photos with different backgrounds and angles.
I think only those with serious vision problems could not see these pictures!
Meanwhile, they did not tell me to keep a national ID card near my face and take a picture.
I sent you one of the pictures in a PM.

Your thumb is covering one corner of the ID.

That will definitely be part of the problem. Maybe the support staff at Betwinner do not understand what is wrong and are just being told the image fails.

They should have explained being able to see all edges is important in their instructions asking for the ID to start with.

If they use an ID verification service then not showing all edges of the document is a common reason for failure.

The 8mp photo in low light that is a little blurry may also be a problem.

Sorry to disagree but I've dealt with many ID verification disputes and I think yours is obviously of questionable quality rather than obviously sufficient as you think.

I'd find a better camera, use better lighting, and take a new photo with all edges showing personally. I think that is the smart/safe route.

I’d stop playing there right away until you get paid. If not you will continue to bet, eventually your good luck will run out, and you will get nothing. Don’t wager another penny at this site until you know they’re going to pay you.

Do take care letting your balance get too high there.

The people who are telling to worry are concerned that the book apparently has a connection to 1xbet, is why they say what they do.

betwinner complaint

I opened an account at betwinner.com 2 months ago and i never had any problem with them. I made a lot of deposits and withdrawal and never had any problem.
Last week i tried to make an withdrawal but it was refused. They told me to sent them photos of my National ID card. I sent them photos of the front and back of my citizen card (even sent photos of me holding in hand my citizen card), but they say that photos don´t have higher quality. And now they are holding my account balance (€175,49) and refuse to accept any withdrawal request.
