Betcity blocked me out from my account

Hi!

I opened a betcity account on saturday,I deposit 100€, I bet 20€ and 9€ and then I couldn't bet any event because I didn't verify my account. On Sunday I won 1700€ from my bets, and I wanted to verify my account to withdraw that money. I uploaded a bank statement and then the site dropped me out, and I can't even login to my account. I wrote to the support immediately (sunday 15:04), but no response.

I am afraid I lose my money...
Any suggestion? I could use some help..

You wouldn't be the first person, though your account could just be locked until they verify your identity.

I hope so, but it is a joke that they don’t say anything about the block or the verification...

They don't reply me since then, but I did a try to log in to my account, it let me in, I still can't make any bet, but I could withdraw all my money luckily.
Everybody should stay away from betcity!!!

Ur 100 euro is gone bro. u only LOST 100, not the virtual 1700. My guess is they are"licenced in Curacao and owned by BetConstruct"

Very bad assumption. They are huge betting company! Have bet shops on every corner around Moscow and in some eastern Europe countries.
