I bet $300 on the Cleveland Indians today an accepted wager to win $166.67. Accepted deposit. I have the ticket number and screenshot of accepted wager. They took my action then once the bet was winning they said my bank had declined the deposit even when I have a screenshot of the accepted wager? This is an A+ book? I notified them and reported it to sbr. I have screenshots. I wasn’t paid even though I have a picture of the accepted ticket. Just thought you all would like to know what’s going on.

#2Not sure from your comment if this is related to a deposit issue, and they are saying there was no money available to place the wager? BOL took four live wagers from me at one time, I had screen shots of the acceptance, and they were showing under the live bet list for 3 days, but they hadn't deducted the money from my account when they were placed and eventually cancelled them (all winners). They said it was a computer glitch.Comment -

#3They are saying that my bank declined the deposit from going through. I placed the wager the wager won and I think they blocked it from going through after the wager won. Why allow me to place a wager and take a screenshot of it being accepted with a ticket number now to get out of paying me they block my deposit from going through. I reported it to complaints. Thought I would spread the word about A+ rated BetOnline cheating.Last edited by balcbriana; 05-14-19, 09:34 PM.Comment -

#5By my credit card. It was accepted. Then I placed my wager took a screenshot of my accepted wager ticket and ticket number I signed off to come back later noticing $0 in my account after action. The wager history is there but they said the deposit didn’t go through. The deposit didn’t go through yet I have an accepted deposit notification and an accepted ticket number of a winning wager placed? Basically they declined my deposit from going through after the fact and are sticking to how my deposit didn’t go through from my banks side. (Not true). They just returned it manually I’m assuming... and now they won’t allow me to deposit by that method.Last edited by balcbriana; 05-14-19, 07:42 PM.Comment -

#7Wait Wut? You didn’t address the successful deposit or accepted wager and ticket part. Literally they could do this over and over here and there no one do anything about it that could add up. Do you work for BetOnline? If my wager loses they take $300.Comment -

#8I sweat a wager just to have it returned after winning? and not to be paid out from them. If I win they void my deposit. If I lose they accept my deposit. POCKET CHANGE. Does it have to be for $50,000 for you to look into this? They do this only 40-50 times and it’s close to that amount. Who says they are not doing this to others who are not reporting it.Last edited by balcbriana; 05-14-19, 08:35 PM.Comment -

#9If what this poster said is true, then this is horrible cheating by the sportsbook. If they take the wager, then they need to pay the wager. First of all, how did they credit him the money to make the wager if the deposit was declined? If their system takes deposits that don't clear, then that's their own fault and they still need to pay wagers that were accepted.
Secondly, if the void of the deposit took place after the wager should have been paid, as the poster suggests, then how do we know what they would have done if the wager had lost? The sportsbook is trying to prevent new depositors from trying to free-roll them with bogus deposits, and I understand that, but you could equally say that they are free-rolling the customers by taking these deposits before they clear, then cancelling wagers after the fact.
Thirdly, if $167 is pocket change to them, then why don't they just pay the freaking wager? Screwing the customers over like this is only going to lower their business. Certainly if a customer made multiple deposits and they all got kicked back, you might be able to say they were taking a free-roll at the book. But for one deposit of $300? Which is allegedly pocket change to them? Again, if their system accepts these credit card deposits, then they need to pay all wagers that were made with that money. The sportsbooks have no inherent right to block wagers in situations like this.Comment -

1. Accepted deposit
My funds were credited to my account.
2. Wager placed
Ticket created
3. Wager wins
4. Deposit manually declines on their side.
5. Funds removed/deposit option not Available.
How do you not see what’s wrong with that picture?
How about don’t even credit my account and let me place a wager if they are unsure of the deposit going through.
They are just manually declining the deposit because the bet won you idiot!Comment -

#19[QUOTE=balcbriana;28630069]Are you a troll? Whose to say if I deposit bitcoin I win and they do the same thing and only thing different is they just keep my deposit?
in offshore world all you can go buy is trust and past history as you truly have no legal rights if you are in USA...That said I have never heard of a case at BOL where they void a btc deposit and in turn the wagers made by said deposit...Now they may ask for a KYC or possibly freeze account if money laundering is suspected but in your example of a random punters legit deposit via btc they will never cancel bets or seize deposit. Now with credit card or check it's a different ball game see terms and you have to live with themComment -

Or the message I got after depositing saying ACCEPTED DEPOSIT credited to my account.
Since when can you make a deposit and have the funds in your account if your deposit didn’t go through? Having the funds available in my account. Action placed. After I win the bet they say it didn’t go through?
If I lose and deposit doesn’t get declined on their end what happens then?Last edited by balcbriana; 05-14-19, 10:05 PM.Comment -

#23Let’s make this clear. The deposit was accepted. The funds were placed into my account I have ticket proof of the wager placed. My wager won. Then I had $0 in my account when it should say $466.67.
Since when do you have funds in your account if your deposit didn’t go through? So I can create accounts and magically have $300 in them?
You can’t credit my account let me place a wager create a ticket and after winning result decline the deposit from going through and just point to the rules of a declined transaction. If it’s a declined transaction why the hell do I have $300 in my account?!?!?!?

#24It’s cheating littlekona. They win both sides. Say if I deposit $1,000 they do the same thing. They let me place a wager. The wager loses and they approve the deposit and take my $1,000. Say if I win they just turn around and decline the deposit from going through. What stops them from doing that with every deposit. What the expletive are you going to do about it? Thank you come again.
I’m on the hook for the funds regardless after I have my ticket in hand.
My deposit went through. After the result they just declined it and there’s been no help whatsoever to resolve this. Even with me holding a BETONLINE WAGER PLACED TICKET screenshot. I mean if the ticket of the bet doesn’t matter what does? BETONLINE IS STEALING MONEY!!!!!! WAKE UP!!!Last edited by balcbriana; 05-14-19, 10:33 PM.Comment -

If YOUR deposit is not honored by YOUR bank then all betting is void.
You sound like you may have known it was going to be declined from your actions.
And your claim that BOL would see you win $166 and then manually decline a deposit to not pay is past ridiculous.
SBR will usually ask books to allow you to re-deposit the amount and keep your betting non-voided. And BOL have been known to do that when they are fairly sure you didn't do it on purpose.
But it would be about -10000 they would not consider that for you after reading this thread.Last edited by Optional; 05-15-19, 11:34 AM..Comment -

#30To my bank the transaction doesn’t even exist anymore. I promise you this wouldn’t happen anywhere else. My transaction go through 100% of the time. I just used my card on Bovada and it went through. I’m telling you all BetOnline declined it on their end after they saw my bet winning. If they were legitimate they would allow me to get the funds on my account because I know good in well if my bet would of lossed I would be on the hook owing them. Still no response back from anyone. Please spread the word to demote BetOnline from an A+ book. A+ books don’t free ride bets.Comment -

^No couldn’t be more further from the truth. I was hoping you would eventually show up and help me Optional. That’s the reason why I posted to spread the word and get attention to my issue as soon as possible to get a response and help because I don’t know what to do. I called them and all they would do after I explained everything with my ticket they would tell me please hold and how they talked to their supervisor and just repeat how it didn’t go through. I have no ill will.
Why do I have a screenshot ticket of the wager placed if my deposit didn’t go through and why am I able to deposit the same way with another sportsbook and have no issue?Comment -

That you think you can send dodgy deposits that get declined and then demand the book honor your betting?
Here's the only advice I have for you.
Email and ask for a mangers attention and tell them "IF my deposit has really been declined I do not know why that would happen and but am willing to re-deposit the $300 some other way if needed. But right now my bank statement shows the money as sent to you."
Don't sit here expecting anything from SBR. You sunk that boat with this thread. YOU need to make sure your deposit is honored somehow, then BOL have no grounds to cancel your $166 win.
Claiming they should pay for bets on a dishonored deposit is a waste of time..Comment -

#33This is really frustrating and BetOnline is hiding behind an excuse that is voided after my ticket and wager is placed. I mean at least give me the opportunity to redeposit if my action is placed. If they are unsure of the funds not going through I shouldn’t have been allowed to place the wager because under my assumption I have action placed. They are winning both sides and when I come here to complain I’m ostracized. They have my funds and won a bet. Be aware of BetOnline. A+ books would be able to solve this and this thread be shown of them solving it.
These posts are to spread the word online sportsbooks sometimes do whatever they want and we need to get the word out that is not okay!Comment -

#35Whatever hide behind how it’s my fault while they continue to do this on every deposit in the meantime. Seems pretty lucrative to me, but no I’m the one doing sketchy things when I have a screenshot of my wager placed. No I think it’s pretty sketchy on their end to give me funds on their site when my deposit apparently(BetOnline wink wink) hasn’t gone through yet. Just point the finger at me that it’s my fault when I’m holding action placed ticket. If it doesn’t go through and I lose my bet put my account at -300 and then if it goes unpaid I’m sure i would be blacklisted from any site.
