Logged in a few minutes ago and was directed to cashier screen where they asked me for "missing personal information". After supplying that was able to access the withdrawal page..but guess what...still no sign of my missing funds, so nothing to withdraw....

Actually just got a call from my Account manager and they put my full $300 into my account. I haven’t tried withdrawing I’ll probably kick it around for a couple days but monitor it very closely. I’ll see if I can cash out on the weekend. The option does appear to be there thou.

I got a partial credit of my missing balance a few days ago, then they took it away five days later. I contacted customer service, and they said, sorry, that was only a temporary credit and it expired already. What the F??? What the heck are they doing? Even if they are just shamming at this point, how does it even help them to give credits and then take them away in five days?

Hey guys. Am I allowed to have an account at both Skybook and BetMania? I signed up for both before I realized that they might be related. I want to make sure I'm not going to have my winning confiscated or anything. I read the rules, and they are a little ambiguous IMO. Thank you.

Just live chat to CS Rex again.. Amazing how always get through right away and always the same CS rep...makes you wonder how many customers they have? He says they are restoring accounts on an account to account basis, so that's why some people have received funds before others. The credits that were received have been rescinded so that accounts are accurate when restored. This is a classic case of incompetence, not only in losing the data, but in failing to keep customers updated by email, etc. as to what is going on.

They now have my balance exactly as it should be, including my previously missing pending bets. Their history section doesn't show all the bets from the affected period, but they have corrected the balance and pending. They texted me and called me to tell me of the corrections. Hope it sticks this time. I hope they straighten it out for everyone. Thanks SBR for any assistance you gave.

Sure did, after that they gave me a $300 credit, then took it back a few days ago. After talking to CS looks like this is just a matter of time, and a matter of whose accounts are being restored first. Let's keep our fingers crossed.

I requested a payout Sunday, they left me a message to call them and verify. They said it would be paid out in 24-72 hours I’ll wait on that. I was on BetMania, I’ve been on BetPhoenix before and I got a cold call from them yesterday as well. I told them maybe if they can hold their book up with no problems for a couple months I’d consider coming back and they really tried to down play how big of a disaster it was. I really think if they would have let us know what was going on we would have gave them a little more leeway but they kept saying it will be up in a day or two. Just be straight and say this was a major problem but we have backups and could take up to a month to restore or something to at least tell us it was going to take longer.

SBR contacted me Tuesday to ask if i had heard from BetPhoenix, and said they would investigate further as to time frame for restoring account. Haven't heard anything back....Now 21 days and counting ...This is the longest I've gone without gambling since I was 16..

Great to here they are still solvent and are paying. I'd just be happy to see some money in my account, let alone think about taking a payout. Hmm.. I wonder if there's one IT guy there with an abacus working on restoring 2000 accounts.

I know someone who said they adjusted his account to what he said it should be but would not allow a withdrawal until the history is restored.

It seems like they are just winging it, telling some people one thing and some other people other things.

So unprofessional.

It's amazing how this could be going on for like a month now with no direct answers.

Not even a statement to tell SBR of any updates.

How can they hold their rating with this debacle going on?
