We were told by management that there was a database issue that sidelined the books using BetPhoenix's platform for most of the day but that all should be operational by end of day yesterday.

Just talked to CS... $322 missing from account plus winning future bets on Kentucky Derby from last two weeks missing ($375) $54 in losing future bets made more than two weeks ago have been graded as loss. No money in my account.

Anyone who still has an issue with their pending wagers or balance should submit this form, so we can relay to our mgmt contact. You can also write directly to the sportsbook as the statement mentioned but writing SBR may help centralize the posters affected.

That statement does not say anything about missing balances or missing pending wagers. I have already contacted them several times but no resolution. The statement should admit that customers are missing balances etc... and should provide a time frame for when the issue is expected to be resolved.

I filled in the SBR complaint form. Just talked to customer service.. a bit of a runaround, CS asked me to provide phone number, email, and the amount i thought should be in my account. Asked me what type of deposits i had made lately and the amounts. From the sounds of that its possible they may have lost all account information, at least for the moment. Asked for a time frame, and he said may take at least a couple more days to get everything sorted out.
Pretty annoying, this is the only sportsbook I'm using right now. Having a balance of only .20 cents instead of $675 is pretty annoying, It's not really even that i want to withdraw, just want to make some bets, and after depositing a couple of thousand there in the last couple of months, this is a complete joke.

These guys are a Mickey Mouse operation run by a bunch of Mickey Mice. I have gone through the live chat twice to ask about the situation, but they just ask a bunch of questions and say they will forward it to the managers. Their statement is frustrating because it does not address the missing balances and missing wagers. Why do these guys always have to be such Mice named Mickey?

Day after day and still these Mickey Mice do nothing. Bet Phoenix, Bet Mania, Sky Book, and HR Wager all need to be downgraded to F- immediately! SBR, your ratings need to reflect what is actually going on in the online wagering industry.

If they are not allowing payouts, then what is your balance worth? Bet Phoenix needs to go to F- immediately! SBR you need to stay on the ball and adjust your ratings quickly when something like this happens. You need to demote them to F- now!!! If they fix the problem, then you can gradually move their grade back up if they maintain well for a while.

Fair point, that's why our comment underneath acknowledged those issues some players are still experiencing. It is very technical but as was explained to us a database issue caused activity registered in April to disappear. They are working on data recovery.

My transactions for the last couple of weeks have disappeared resulting in a lower balance than it should be. ($0) Theoretically if someone had a lot of money in their account and lost during those two weeks they could have more money in their account than they should. I can see that if this is the case they would suspend withdrawals. Anybody out there who has benefited from the disappearance of the transactions? CS seemed proud of the fact wagering has resumed... lot of good it does me as account is empty. Would be absolute foolishness now to deposit more funds in order to continue betting.

I don't quite understand what you are saying. Did they make you some kind of compensation offer without actually fixing the database?

Yea I’d say that’s the case they couldn’t see my history but saw my deposit the day of the crash and basically started the deposit over
