Banned country and money taken-Casdep

After completed KYC procedure 2 days ago and requested withdraw Casdep https://casdep.com/en/ inform me that my country is banned and all my bets are canceled.Just like that.Strange I have this account couple of months,all was OK,won and lost some bets,but last I have hit odds about 7 on free kick soccer mach Italian Serie A.No big win tough,but still....Strange they send me promo for bonus every day and I never use any bonus with them.Have I case here?They just inform me that my country is banned and take all of my money from account.Sorry for my poor English

their rules say "If it becomes apparent to us that You are resident in a country in which the use of the Website is not legal, we shall be entitled immediately to close Your Account, in which case any balance on the Account on the date of such closure will be refunded to You as soon as it is practicable for us to do so."

So taking that into account, canceling all bets should not be acceptable, no. Or did you give them incorrect information about your residence when you registered your account?

Absolutely correct information from my side,that is not a question.Can i fill that complain on this site,this is pure scum book,stay away.They not answer on emails and live chat too.

It may no be a scam book. The rules sound fairly written which we would not expect if it was a scam group. Let's hope it's not so you get paid!

But that is not issue.They banned my country AFTER my withdrawal request I still can login into Casdep but now there is no sports section just casino.
