Two days ago Casdep suspended my account saying they would have to investigate my betting history. Today they sent me this email:
So this was after 7 weeks and 149 bets. I already made a withdrawal two weeks ago. Now they come up with this thing. I mean, they are right. It's stated in their ToS:"Dear Bastian,
Please be informed that all betting history of your account “ n********d” was reviewed and investigated.
We are sorry to inform that you have breached the terms and conditions of CasDep sportsbooks terms.
According to CasDep T&C p. 8.7.21 the maximum bet amount for one event is €100.00 or equivalent in other currencies.
Please be informed that all bets that exceeds maximum allowed amount were recalculared according to this term and your winnings were limited. Cancelled winnings amount is 792,69 EUR.
More information regarding sportspook terms can be found on the Terms and Conditions page: https://casdep.com/en/terms_and_conditions

With best regards,

But why did they accept 149 bets until they noticed that I was consistently betting above the allowed limit? I didn't read the ToS. I just used the max bet button all the time and thought it was okay. The funny thing is on bigger sports they accept like 2k+ on a single bet. This is pretty shady. Imagine you register at a book, don't read the ToS, see the system allows a max bet amount of 2k but it's actually a breach of their ToS if you use this limit, well, this can end up in a nightmare a few weeks later. I was lucky I bet on lower level leagues where the limits were two-digit so my total profit was not that much anyway."8.7.21 The maximum bet amount for one event is €100.00 or equivalent in other currencies."
However, would they do it if you consistently lose your bets that were above the limits? Probably not. I mean, why don't they adjust the limits in a way the player can't exceed the allowed limits like every legit book does? It's the most normal thing to orient himself by the max bet button and not to read up their ToS if it's even allowed to use the suggested limits. Apart from that, I never saw a book that would not accept more than 100 EUR/USD/GBP on a match in bigger sports like UEFA Champions League, English Premier League or US-Sports...
I think this is a well-calculated move by this book. Watch the player how he's doing. If he wins cut his winnings. If he loses just keep on watching.
I asked for the details of the correction as I'm not able to reproduce their calculation but they didn't reply as yet.
/ IMPORTANT NOTE: No bonus was used. I never use a bonus at any book.
