    Update: I contacted Live Support on Monday Night. They said I would receive a payout on Wednesday. I received 1,000 yesterday.

        I’d be sick if I was robbed of 17k or so from a book. I sure hope you get more. You’re taking it a lot more in stride than I would. Hope SBR can help in some way. Good luck man.

          Update: Didnt recieve payment yesterday. Contacted support today and was advised processing department is not available during the weekend and to contact them back if I dont recieve the payout on Monday. Ill keep you updated!

          Big Jay - Thanks for the kind words. SBR said they would reach out to them, and im waiting on their update.

              Update: Contacted Live Support on 6/8, advised payment would be received on Monday 6/10. Contacted Support on 6/11, advised payment would be received by end of day tomorrow (Wednesday, 6/12). Payment wasn't received. Contacted Support on 6/13, and was advised should be received by end of day tomorrow (Friday, 6/12). Didn't receive it, contacted them again on Saturday, and was told it should be received by end of the day tomorrow (6/16). Hope it arrives soon.

                    Update: Contacted Live Support about next payment ETA. They asked if I received the 6000 settlement. I replied, "I should be receiving more. The full balance was about 23000." Agent responded, "Ill have upper management review the account. You will receive an email within 24 hours."

                    A $6000 settlement on a $23,000 account is wrong. I had $10500, the first time they froze my account for review.

                        There is simply too much information to post.

                        In short:
                        -Filed A Complaint with SBR And Got Nowhere
                        -Skywage insists to SBR, their conduct is "industry standard"
                        -Sent Them More Than 5 Emails Directly. SBR reccomended I reach out to a certain manager. None of the emails were responded to.
                        -Skywage told SBR I agreed to a settlement. I restated I was forced into a settlement. Was told there was no negoations. Didnt really have a choice. Told Brad from SBR about this thread. He forcefully told skywage that if they could prove I agreed to a settlement then he would close the case. He shouldnt have done this. In this thread and in the complaint, I described that I was forced into a settlement. Brad said he was in between a rock and a hard place.
                        -Have not received any more funds.

                        In short, I won $23,000 and they paid out $6,000. Probably not a good idea to send Skywage a deposit. Just another Topbet waiting to happen.
