Oh but he IS a professional, because he is winning currently. According to the book.

Professional or not, claiming it is industry standard to void all your betting retrospectively for playing only props displays a company attitude that would keep me well away.

Oh I agree. My post was sarcasm.
It's ok to lose and maybe win once in a while short term, but go on a run and they want to refund your initial deposit and not pay winnings. Book the bet, pay the bet.

Definitely agree with that. If you accepted bets, you pay it. Just made a statement on what I think a fair resolution would be for a large balance with large rollover remaining on a recreational only book.

Thanks for all the responses and input!
I have not received an email from skywage concerning the "settlement details". I just sent them a message:
Dear Skywage Upper Management,
What are the settlement details?
Thanks,
Hopefully they reply soon and have a fair resolution.

I received an email a few hours ago from Skywage Management:
"
Hello sir,
We will be refunding your initial transaction of $1200 USD plus an additional $4800 (400% return on your initial investment). This is the compromise we have worked out internally within the company. There is no room for negotiation.
Please provide a paypal email address where we can begin to send your payment installments to.
Thank you,
Skywage Management"
Why do you think?

That’s not enough...I’d want a minimum of half my balance. Thanks for sharing though you know how much business they will lose doing what they did to you. Horrible business plan I would never deposit their now.

I think that is total BS as they are stealing $5200 or so from you.
Shady as hell.
I don't think they are rated as of now but SBR should rate them as F and warn others so they don't ever deposit here.

I think I would ask for the logic to justify that.
If there is any sort of logic to the calc...

Thanks for the feedback. I sent them an email last night, and one this morning. The settlement they offer is a total of $6000, and my balance was $23,200, when the account was closed.
Email:
Dear Skywage Management,
I deposited 1200 and my account balance was $23,200.
What logic did you use to arrive at the above settlement? Is there any sort of calculation?
Thanks,

If you don't take it they aren't going to pay you $1. Your back is against the wall here.

While it's good that you are getting some payments, do they still have the stance that they are only going to pay you 6,000 out of the 23,200 they owe you?

Yes, they still have the same stance. I sent them an email, requesting a calculation for how they arrived at 6,000. They did not respond to it. My account balance was around $10,000 the first time they froze my account.

Hopefully SBR can get can help you with the complaint.
I know they are not rated here but I would imagine they could contact them on your behalf and get an explanation, at the very least, and maybe post something on the news section warning others about this.
