I really am just shaking right now i am so mad. I got robbed by that one book of $4500 now i think this one may beat that one. I will really be interested to hear what Dwight says here.

So, i took the bonus 100% from a $280 deposit. So my rollover was 10Xs so it should have been $5600 right? The cash amount was gone i lost in the casino . The remaining $280 i took up to $7000 . Easily converting the rollover. So- after getting bad info on the cash amount being told it did not count towards the rollover , i lost that $6699 . But still had the $7000 which they FINALLY put in my cash amount. It was at like $7300 i actually got it to $8000 in casino. So right now my cash amount is $8000 .

So finally i think Ok i am going to get paid. I even get an e-mail saying the money has been put on my card . Here is that.

He goes off and comes back and says Oh i was wrong it has been there for a month. I do not know what to do should i file a complaint or has this rule been in there i do see this on the site but it makes no sense i am actually thinking they put this specifically because i won $7300 and do not want to pay me. All converted bonus requires a ONE time rollover This makes no sense . Did they just add this in funny it is in all bold and the rules above it are not. I really have no choice. But i want to know from those playing there has this always been there because it does not say that when you take the bonus originally. It is highly suspicious when the guy tells me yesterday they started this rule yesterday. So basically , you take the 100% and they put $280 in there. Then you add in the Cash amount. So all together $5600. So lets say you get to $7000 completing the 10Xs rollover and they put the $7000 in the cash section. Now according to this rule that he said just started yesterday THEN changed his story to a month ago you have to roll Over the $7000 AGAIN. So now i have to roll over $7349 more. On a $280 deposit. I am also thinking this is the same guy that told me originally that the cash amount does NOT count towards the Rollover which i found out later was totally UNTRUE.

I want to know though others on here tell me have you had to do this? Or is this something they just added because i won money.

Then after this i found out the original cash bets DID count even though the other guy said they did not. Otherwise i would have not gone in Casino and continued to work at the rollover.

But then Over the weekend doing only sportsbetting i took the bonus $280 all the way up to $7000. The rollover was $5600 so i completed that easily . If you add in the cash amount i lost that the guy incorrectly told me about i got the rollover easily. So my cash amount was at zero but the bonus amount after completing the rollover was at $7300 or so total.

Then they sent me what i put above that my $1500 was being put onto my card the one they sent me for supposedly being a VIP. I looked nothing was on there. So i called to check.

Before i called i did go in casino and got to $8100 and stopped. Then i call and the guy tells me there is an additional 1Xs rollover on the bonus money of $7340 before i worked it up to $8100 . So on a $280 deposit that is $14000 in rollover . He also told me this rule was put in yesterday until he changed his story and said it was a month ago.

You took $280 to $6699 and another $280 (bonus) to $7349. Add them up that’s $14048.

it's simple... have to rollover deposit + bonus... then when you convert bonus funds to cash there is another 1x rollover

it's not a scam and quite generous for a CASH BONUS, just worked against you since you ran the bonus funds up so much

Remember, BetDSI used to offer freeplay bonuses for years. Freeplay bonus bets would only get the winnings and those winnings would go immediately into the cash balance. The risk amount would always disappear and freeplay bets would never count towards the rollover. Freeplay pushes would count as a loss.

The new Bonus is like a cash bonus. Meaning ... it is treated like cash money, for the most part, but is still considered a bonus. You get the risk and winnings. Pushes do not lose. Pushes count towards the rollover. All bets remain in the bonus account until the rollover has been met.

You are kicking ass and you just need to complete the rollover. I bet you do it
