every time we call the book to speak to someone they say that Mr. Gary Shaw will contact us through email only. I stated that he has not responded since 11:30 and I have been calling him and emailing him all day. they just hang up. they have been hanging up on us since last tuesday.

The issue isn't whether she is your wife, whether you share a bank account, or even whether I'm a registered sex offender (which I'm not). The issue is: was your wife authorized to use this card in her name. She wasn't. When she forged her name on the debit card and told SIA the card was in her name, she was committing bank fraud. I don't know of a single book that would pay under these circumstances.

She had her own card with the same bank!! The card was lost- it is tied to the same god damn account!!!! She only put her name over mine on the card because kathleed at sia told her it would make her withdrawel much much quicker. That is when she got the email stating to not ! Let me repeat, not, sign over my name. He said that was fine, but please have husband sign form saying it was ok to use the card and have him (me) send in all my info- so we did. He promised on the phone to both of us on a recorded call that the money will be sent as soon as we send that info - nothing has been sent.

she does so. she then cashes out. kathleen says to put her name at the top to make cash out quicker. she does. kyle then says that he cant see the debit card number good so can she shade in the number with her pen. she does so.
then joseph in security says that you can not write with pen and that kyle told melissa a lie. (that is when it was getting out of hand). So joseph said to have vincent the car holder send his info and they will release funds (I even sent you the email showing this. it clearly states that card is blocked- to gain access to winnings please send the following) so done- all of that was sent.
Then gary is telling you the card has to be the same exact number?? that is not what she was told..clearly. i mean come on. you have the email where you know what she was told.

so yea, melissa and i followed instructions. tried to take a few short cuts from the advice from the book. but at the end of the day when she signed up, she gave them her name....our situation about what happened to me up there and how she may deposit. they said to NOT deposit through western union or money gram as you cant get paid that way.
they said alot of shit and you havent called them out on anything. why are you harking on this same exact debit card number? it is the same credit union and we are both on the account. simple.
