When a card gets stolem, ie identity theft, would you not recive a new card with a totally different number etc.

So my questions would be how did SIA know it was them, just by the name?

Because my thinking is there was no id theft, they used the card, did the **********, then went back again with the same card

The ********** was years ago.

The player signed up under wife's name. When the player wanted to cash out, the wife's name didn't match the name on the card. At that point, SIA finds out who the real card holder is. I imagine this is when they figured out that the depositing card belonged to someone who charged back earlier.
