Your wife uses your debit card. You personally have a charge back against SIA. Your wife FORGES a debit card, writing her name over yours to make it look like hers. It's a third party deposit, which SIA CLEARLY doesn't allow.

If you lose, the odds of a ********** (second time) are high.

Regardless, your wife continues telling SIA that the card is hers. She has her own card, but misplaced it. So they send you forms to verify HER CARD. But she can't - she doesn't have one in her name, only the FORGERY she made. You told both SIA and me that she had one. She didn't - this was verified with the bank. I wasted hours of time on that one factual fabrication.

SIA tries to sort out the issue of your wife's debit card. You sent me 54 emails (and counting) in this dispute. You ignore questions that are relevant, and constantly try to raise new issues that have no bearing on the dispute. If you did the same thing to SIA, it's no wonder you got some weird responses. I'm a lawyer and trained to filter through crap. If you have a low level CS hack, who knows how they'll respond to carpet bombing emails?

So back to the main question: should you get paid? Simple answer - no, even if you weren't taking a shot at (win- pay me lose - charge back). I asked for evidence repeatedly that might help you. You ignored my requests (or didn't have it), and responded with random things that were irrelevant to the dispute.

Disputes are won and lost on facts. The facts were simple to assess, except for all the crazy unsupported accusations you made. You repeatedly made claims you could not prove. You repeatedly misquoted SIA, misquoted me, misquoted OSGA and misquoted SIA emails. When I told you that an email didn't say what you quoted, you ignored me instead of addressing the issue - repeatedly.

SIA has handled this dispute fairly, and been much more patient than I would have if I were in their shoes.

This is simple. Screenshot the email where they said the deposit would OK. Black out the names. Post the 3rd-party form that they sent you. Black out the names. Post a bank log showing the second SIA charge ("going back into your account"). Black out the personal stuff. Justin I think you summed it up correctly and I have to agree... I mentioned before that the player keeps bringing up new claims or dwelling on irrelevant ones. We all appreciate your work, this is not even close to being an easy situation and there definitely has been facts left out and that had to be intentional. The player is lucky to have received the initial deposit back IMO.

My banking manager just told me that she clearly stated that Melissa is an authorized user and that is her account as well. Jackass.
