Every day, practically, I joined the support chat of the MGA to know the progress of things, if there was any position

They were always short, saying they were still reviewing, asking the bookmaker for information (I do not know if the bookmaker was ignoring them or not)

The initial messaging with Paula's support telling me to delete the postings, that just so the case would be solved in the best and quickest way for both parties, it should already be evidence for the MGA that I did what the site asked, but the site did not do the promised part

Certainly, the bookmaker will try to claim to MGA that I broken the rules (and MGA will to believe in them because they are partners, I believe):
- will say that I used the same promotion more than once
or
- will say that I used two promotions at the same time

And none of this I did!

The terms are clear and say that:
- each promotion can only be requested 1x
- only 1 promotion can be used at the same time; different promotions can not act simultaneously

I won 1 promotion last year. And 1 promotion this year. Different promotions, different names, different values, different rollovers

So, I did not fail any term or rule. I won, played for 2 months, fulfilled the rollover normally and won honestly, winned only 300,00 aproximatelly. And continued playing without to withdraw nothing, as I trusted and believed in honesty of that bookmaker, then I have success and wins more profit 4391,14

So, I think MGA can not help me or have no interest in it. After looking at reviews on disputes cases at regulators, I've just seen complaints from people around the world, saying that these regulators are complacent with the bookmakers they regulate. And this sounds bad. The MGA will to believe only in that bookmaker to say (will not know if the bookmaker omit something or even lie/edit facts), for example. This are my mind as customer who wait 40 days being ignored for both parts
