This is definitly not because your country is restricted, all of their communications are shut down. and before they closed my account it wasnt possible to withdraw.

I made a successful withdraw of 75€ last month, I guess in the begining of the month, from Halkabet. After that I made a new deposit because they emailed my and send a text message about a promotion during the "black friday". They did not gave me the 100% match freebet they promess and during that weekend I got some winnings. My deposit was 150 € and I reached around 700 €.

My account is locked as well, they don't reply my mails and chat is not working. I simple can't talk with them. And I did not ask a withdraw that time.

Does anyone think there will be any solution for a problem that is affecting more people?
