You can simply look at from this angle. If it's a lot for you, then don't pay. If it's not that much for you, you should pay.
Btw, I agree with the people saying that if you choose not to pay, you should take responsibility for not paying and at that point stop justifying it for one reason or another other than simply calling it your personal (possibly unethical) decision...

Its not a lot of money for me. Like I said earlier. I realize it's the right thing to do that is why I contacted the but because I self excluded myself. I can't pay for six months.
