I can't speak to the OP's issue but given that the options presented to me in order to payout with 5Dimes are:

1. Lose the money
2. Severely comporomise the security of my account

I'd have to agree with him on one point. SBR should be ashamed that 5Dimes still has the ratings here it does.

I have been critical of 5Dimes on these forums (low limits, lines slow to reset, ancient interface, relatively slow payouts, CS asking for your password) and it's true that 5D does not deserve to be the #1 rated book in a world with Bookmaker. That said, I've been with 5Dimes for a few years now and they haven't done me wrong yet. Tony can be strange but in my experience he will talk to you like a normal person if you are respectful to him.
