The latest official word from the MGA about MyBet.

"please be assured that player funds held with the operator are being safeguarded and the Authority will ensure that all legitimate claims will be paid accordingly in due course."

"once the release of player funds has been sanctioned, we trust that disbursement will take place shortly thereafter."

Which sounds less like "all player funds are safe" than was expected.

They did not answer the query about pending bets.

It would be cool but as said, i began to lose my last hope even as 4 months went and still no reply to the players from MGA.

just today saw that mybet launched kambi software finally but i can't login to my old account.
So my question is guys, if you are able to login to your old accounts used at the previous version of mybet?

Same here. Tried to reset my PW but email address was not found.

So I registered a new account and sent them my documents to verify@mybet.com

If they have a problem with that they will certainly let me know

Just to update,

After i sent them my documents, they added the amount to my account.
I just wonder if i can play by them or do i have to withdraw the funds immediately.
Asked it as well, will update about it as well later!
