It's a mystery to me anyway how mybet is rated D, bet-at-home C, tipico C just to mention a few.

Those bookies were the first bookies ever I registered, maybe 10-15 years ago. Tipico has shops in every German city. I never experienced any kind of issue with them or did hear anything negative from people I know personally (beside some little stories that happen with every top-notch book from time to time)

I recognize the issues reported to SBR but I cannot really understand what people do to get so much in troubles with these books. I suppose most of that issues come from IP, ID and/or bonus abuse.

I think one factor is that German operators have their own unique cultural sensibilities/values, a bit like Asian operators, and sometimes they clash with what English speakers might be expecting. Have to admit that when I see a German bookie complaint I am rarely confident of being able to negotiate much with them. It's all just black and white tunnel vision about any issue from them usually.

I wish I could make a statement on this but I can't. Beside verification I never was in touch with the CS of the above mentioned books.

But you have a point, the customer support in Germany is traditionally not something companies put a great value on, there even exists a cultural buzzword for it: "Servicewüste" which means service desert (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Servicew%C3%BCste )

I agree with Ionnie and can tell just great words for cashpoint,mybet, tipico, bet3000 .

All these books are quite popular there and you can place easy bets if you have in your area these bookies.

I didn't mean to suggest they didn't deserve an upgrade by that. Was just offering a possible explanation why they may look worse than they actually are to an English speaking review site.

My account by mybet is closed from 20th August which week i had a bet on 9 odd game, which has been winner. Than they sent me this email and refuse to reply to my emails anymore.Will be happy if you can help me in this case because i have arround 1300eur at my account.You can translate the email by google from german to english but the issue began to worry me a lot.

I had a bet on a game from Swiss cup with 9 odd on win and handicap on 18 odd with 15eur and 8eur , and after it has won 6-0, they began to research it.
Absolutely no idea what's their problem. I told them to void the winnings from this game and to open my account and to send it to me the remaining money, they always replied that it will be investigated and i will get reply later bla bla.
Strange behaviour by mybet .

In my case 14 of 15 books paid out, only wirwetten.com voided

But I think it has rather something to do with the fact mybet has gone into insolvency than with investigations on that match. It seems like CS is unable to cope with all the requests from customers during the last weeks. Maybe the traders department has already been closed. BTW a match investigation can take up to 6-12 months. Let's hope it's for administrative reasons though and only a matter of time until they care about your case and reopen your account.

I had this game at 3 bookies more too and they paid out the amount and only by mybet i have problems now ...

Recently cashed out with them for $12,800. I had no issues and they processed my payout in a timely manner.

I cashouted 7k eur as well dude, but they didn't proceed the last payouts quickly, so i don't like it.
And according them, they make investigation etc. , which i doubt .

Therefore i attach the message from their website, but i don't see ever their livechat online or reply to my mails sadly.

So, what about the money of the players there ?
Contacted them, no answer, wrote to MGA, waiting from 3 weeks.
Is there someone who had money in his account and can he tell me how he received his money ?
Would be great to hear for feedbacks.

I do not believe anyone has been paid anything as yet.

And no one will be for quite some time yet. A liquidator needs to disburse funds in a legal way once an audit is done.

I "think" you should be fine to get paid like every other account holder.

As far as the ungraded and disputed bets... I have no idea. I think you will just have to wait as there is nobody left to deal with such things as yet.

I think you will just have to wait until they make a calculation and see what they offer. By that stage they should understand the issues with ungraded bets and how to check what should be done.

This could take a year, or years, though.

I can't get reply on my mails even from MGA which should pay the funds.
Really strange things happen arround it and i don't know how i should react to this case.

What should be the reaction? No party - no money. One of the last books that closed at one moment was readytobet.com. They closed with all players's money and no letters and searches for any help will not help already.

No problem. I have emailed a supervisor in there and asked if he can give us any information about how the wind-up is proceeding.

And if he knows what will happen with pending bets.

Had/have a similar issue with TipXpress (=Digibet).

They went offline back in February. I had 2.8k funds left there. MGA didn't manage to do anything so far. Last reply was in August. Since then they did not reply to any of my 7 emails.
