In situations like this where the book limits, the only fair resolution would be to lower the rollover amount by the percentage the limits were cut.

...so an A+ book is worried about a $4000 balance? I would hope they have customers that bet that much per game.

And you seem to have turned into a mindless troll lately.
I almost gave you an infraction for admitting all you want to do is attack BOL at any chance recently but decided to just see if you happen to be having a bad month or something. Seriously, not sure what on earth happened to you. Lighten up a bit!
You have posted nothing but negativity for quite a while now.

If books severely limit an account with rollover needed to the point where it becomes very difficult or impossible to complete, SBR does advocate that it be settled pro rata.
But you cant expect a book to suddenly not be allowed to manage players just because they joined and took a bonus. That opens up a huge hole for unscrupulous players to take advantage of.
You and me are the ones that pay the cost of things like that!

SBR not responding to complaints
I have two SBR complaints created on 8th and 12th October. Both have not been responded to. Administrators are forwarding my requests for feedback to their boss, but so far noone are getting back to me.
I'd like to know if not getting a response is happening for everyone these last 3 weeks, or if it's just my complaints that are being ignored. If it turns out to be the latter then at least it helps to receive the confirmation so that I can seek help elsewhere.
I am really unhappy because one bookmaker is attempting to commit theft of my funds and I need help to fight it as soon as possible.

I had a complain about a book too, that will remain nameless. My " Credible Cartoon " Company charged me an exchange fee on one of my deposits, because the book, which might or might not rhyme with 6 slimes, *********************************** and I was left to pay the fee. The customer service, very politely and in a professional manner said : Beat it, sucker.
That complain was deleted by the upstairs people at SBR, rightfully so. I might add . ( ) The company in question is still the leading scorer in the league with 675 points and 5 +++ rebounds. Two assist short of a triple double. Good luck with yours.

Happened to me before too. They won't refund it and the best you can do is request that processor not to be used in the future. It was a ridiculous fee too and no warning it would happen.

No the best I could do was to tell them : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_HNJ93HCxUA and tell them I did. I had $ 0.01 left in my account, which I donated to the " Esteban " fund. I advised him to invest it wisely and do something good with it for a good cause. Esteban was the dildo at Customer Service who after I sent him the photos of my statement, where it was black on white : $ 14.80 Exchange rate fee, had the balls to tell me : Unfortunately what you show in the statement you sent are international fess (Foreign) which we don’t cover. Seems like you confused exchange rate fees and international fees

nobody should be surprised by any of this...they get paid by them, doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out as long as the checks keep cashing the rating will never change...it's all about the $$$ as with everything in life
Going through any other methods leaves the customers wide open for problems like this although there are fee's for Bitcoin transactions but it's not nearly as brutal as that

And how do you know that the complaint was "deleted by the upstairs people at SBR"? Did they actually tell you that? I'm getting zero feedback. I don't even know if my complaints have been assigned to an agent.
For the SBR staff: my complaints have account #: XX216008 and account #: 2493. Thank you.

If you are having any issues with A rated books (books that pay the most money to SBR), SBR will side with the book anyway or make it look like its the players fault.

Well one is rated A+ and the other is not rated at all.
I find it very odd that I receive no reply. If there's nothing they feel they can do for me; why not just say so?

And for my complaint regarding the sportsbook that is not rated I know of at least 3 other people who have submitted the same type of complaint against them in the last weeks. This is shocking that we cannot get a reply from SBR! People are experiencing theft daily by this sportsbook and the very least SBR should do is warn others by writing about and grading them.

Got a troll named Hareeba in the political section of this forum and all he does is troll other posters with bold red garbage posts, offers nothing else.... Unfortunately the mods never look in on the Politics and Economics sub forum or this guy would have been gone months ago..
This is him in this link below just scroll to bold big red posts.. Complete copy and paste troll and he's been doing it for a while now....

Maybe I can put this thread back on track and have it produce some information that is actually useful:
Has anyone used the complaint form between today and 8th of October and received a reply from SBR?

I've told you more than a few times already that you can just finish your rollover and solve this issue yourself.
Not sure why you refuse to do that.
Yes it sucks to be limited to $5 but SBR won't be able to get that limit raised and the only other option would be to request a pro-rated payout for you. Which as I explained would work out worse for you.
Just take the easy option for yourself and everyone else, then move on to a new book.

He's talking about a thread he started being deleted.
He went into too much detail about a payment method.
He ignored that and repeated the stuff in new posts, which i again edited only.
Then someone else who had read it before the edit repeated it. So I gave up trying to save the thread, sent him a PM apologizing for having to delete it and deleted it.
People like both you and him are the types that make this job a pain sometimes TEK78

Am I getting this right, he had to complete a rollover at a Book SBR rates as A+ and they limited him to $5/wager?

Kind of scary if you ask me.
Please say he tried to use multiple accts or ID's????

If he had done anything wrong like that they wouldn't limit him, they would just close the account.
They just don't want his action for some reason.
Never seen DSI give someone the $5 middle finger before, and understand why Tek is pissed off about it. But as long as they didn't make it impossible to complete his rollover, it's not considered out of line for books to do it.
If we don't see them do the $5 thing to anyone else, then we'll know it's about Tek and not players in general.

Seems incredibly petty by DSI to limit him to $5 at this point...just give the man his payout and close the account.
Is it doable, sure. But still petty. Especially for an A+ book

Deposits without bonus, doesn't even rollover the amount in the account one time and gets limited to $5. There is more to that story.
Since DSI has left Cris I've seen them make a handful of really strange on the screen moves against the wider market. They are infrequent but happen. Maybe the player found a soft number and just made a deposit to take advantage of it and his bitching and moaning about a 1x rollover brought it to their attention that his action wasn't worth anything to them so they decided to cut him lose?
