My Problem With Bookmaker.eu looking for help
So on March 5th I was looking for Bitcoin sports books. Found Multiple I decided to use Bookmaker since I used them along time ago had no problems and already had an account set up. Play for a couple days hit some big bets. Started with $4700 now have $11600 in my account.

I go to withdrawl and contact live support they inform me they can not do Bitcoin Withdrawl.
Why is it they can accept my bitcoin deposit but not pay me in bitcoin? That would be like accept $4000 USD and saying they can not pay me in USD. its complete BS.

    What can I do?

I was about to make a similar complaint. They have taken the option away before then brought it back and have paid out a lot of $. I just spoke to someone in the bitcoin department and they said they are running an update on the system and "should be back up soon". they really need to stop this BS with messing with the Bitcoin withdrawal option as it is getting annoying. Hopefully they make this option available by the end of today.
There Bitcoin department number is 855-535-4947.

Thanks NewYorkStress81 for sharing the dedicated bitcoin number. Management has asked that players call the dedicated number for the best information on bitcoin withdrawals as it pertains to their account.

Jscarfino, if you've tried the above and aren't pleased with the answer you've received, please submit your account number # to help@sportsbookreview.com and we can ask a manager to review your account.

Translation: We have no fukkin clue when the bitcoin withdrawal option will be available so we gave you a generic answer to get you off our case and stop bothering us.

I've learned not to expect good customer service or any competence from customer reps in latin countries.

Does anyone else have the Bitcoin option for withdrawal? I wonder if they are just disabling the option for player that have a lot of $ in their account. I have no other option for withdrawal in my justbet account. No way to withdraw funds.

Nobody has access to bitcoin withdrawals on ANY CRIS/BOOKMAKER skin (JUSTBET, DSI etc.) right now.

Americas Cardroom also removed the bitcoin withdrawal option.

It's not just you, it's everyone at every book in the CRIS family.

            Everyone.

Yep, it is everyone. Even when lots of people were complaining I still had the withdrawal option but it is gone now.

Word on the street is some Bookmaker accts were being hacked into and funds withdrawn via bitcoin so they halted that withdrawal option until they sort things out.

Security is seriously flawed and has been for years offshore.

Calling in for customer service? They want your acct number and password.

They need to address that problem.

What good is a password if it is visible to every employee at the book?

                Latin logic.

If it is a security issue, why aren't they doing what other books do and actually call your phone number and/or verify with an email that it is actually the customer requesting the payout? Seems like the easiest and most logical answer to the scenario above. Unless they actually stole your phone hah. Heritage and 5dimes both did similar for me. 5dimes even had me verify the bitcoin wallet address and amount requested. Had someone hacked my account they wouldn't have gotten very far with the payout request. I hope they figure this out soon.

This is not true. I did miss the call from them and I just called them back. No issues at all with Heritage.

its better for their CS to ask for your payout password on live chat instead of your account password

For me it took a few hours, and I've done plenty of Bitcoin payouts from them. But it's all the same because u got paid the same day.

maybe sticking with the proactive bitcoin books is the way to go.

not bashing but you always should check on all payout and deposit methods with all these fcuktards.
I have a similar issue, but the good thing is that you can transfer funds to another book, provided you have account there (think they do 2-3 of the major ones) but charge a ridiculous $100 0=4999, and even higher for over 5k. Of course, then you have to roll it over with the other book, but that shouldnt be a problem if you play regularly, Hope this helps.
