I referred a friend over there and they completed 12X of the 15X rollover and now their trying to claim that the account holder was doing horse racing and casino. (total bs) and our now canceling a $1800 balance and closing the account!!! Total BS what kind of company are these ********** running!!!

That would probably be to help them determine if your friend is in control of the account and choosing his own bets.

Do you know if he was making max limit size bets?

Well when she called today she had no clue what she was betting. She said she liked the horse action and visit the casino daily. Then she called back and then "remembered" she didn't bet horses and play the casino. You screwed up and didn't think they would figure it out.

Down south or opti just shoot george an email quick. You can listen to the phone calls yourself and see what's going on.

Women do come under extra suspicion. Because so many men use their partner's ID to open multiple accounts. Books often want to telephone interview women.

But if she can answer questions about what was bet, why and when to show she is in control of the account she should be fine.

What's the point you were making about the racebook and casino?

Did she say she was using them at first and HR are saying that is proof she wasn't in control of the account?

Per the owner of HR Wager, they tried this with her and she initially stated she was playing horses, casino, etc. After further questioning she hung up. Upon second call she remembered she did not play horses or casino during the duration of the accounts 10 day lifespan.

If what Downsouth and MikeYanks posted is true she will have an uphill battle on her hands to argue the case.

Obviously they asked her about the racebook and casino use whilst having the account history open to test her. And if the account is only 10 days old that is pretty huge fail to not get that right first time.

Without knowing more about her betting pattern it's hard to guess on the significance of the IP addresses to HR.

I don't know what to tell you really. Chalk it up as a learning experience?

It really sucks if that is the case.

But in my experience with the way books handle women and suspected multi accounts I just don't hold out much hope for you after she stuffed up the phone verification. Even all the big well known UK books would act this way in the same situation. :\

Again, just getting everything together.

She is brand new to this, max betting a bonus book, doesnt know basic questions, did not understand when he asked her is she bet euro league soccer, did not understand when asked if she bet horses, casino, etc so she answered yes, shares a last name that is the same as yours although she is just your "friend" , and in recorded conversation admits to getting "assistance" from you.

Getting pretty tough here, If I was you I would contact the book, give them some honest answers, get your payout and move along.

Just me of course and feel free to continue at whatever your shooting for but that is my opinion
