opened the account , and made a 450 euro deposit, then went on chat asking for 1st deposit promo rules, and there ive been told that the bonus are oinly for us and canadian customer, then i asked them to tell me where this restriction its written on the website, answer: its not written but its a managment regulation.

They're a joke one time I deposited $300 for their 100% bonus and they said they only recieved $297 do they could not honour it.. Alright I'll deposit $20? Nope $100 minimum lol.

I've had a similar experience with DSI betitaly. Played the streak contest, hit 5 for the first prize and was told that it's not for Australians. Not sure why they do it that way. Seems counter productive to annoy people who are expecting a bonus. If they don't want to write it on the website they could still send us an email on joining saying our region does not qualify for bonuses. That doesn't bother me. Lots of shops don't give bonuses to Aussies as I am sure is similar with Italians. But we do like to be told up front.

Ok so a few more details in case someone else might find themselves in such a situation. I have an account at bookmaker.eu, which if I understand correctly is a sister site for DSI. They don't allow bonuses or free bets either, not even to be part of the loyalty program! So if you're not from the USA or Canada all you can do is make deposits and bet. No deposit bonus, no reload bonus, no free bet, no loyalty program, and if you're not in the loyalty program you can't participate in the streak contest either, because in their streak contest terms and conditions it states that you need to be part of the loyalty program in order for the streak prize to be credited.

I also asked the live chat representative if it is allowed to buy bookmaker.eu items from the SBR store:

BKR3****6: I'm a memebr of SBR. They have bookmaker.eu at their SBR store, would I be able to purchase bookmaker.eu items from the SBR store?

I don't think you should speak with Betdsi CS about SBR cash because the person you are talking to might actualy have no ideea about it ... better only ask SBR about it

Yes you can. But did you join Bookmaker as an SBR referral? If not, you can't order cash there. Same with DSI.
