im not sure about prepaid cards ive never used one. if they accept it tho im sure there is a way to complete the verification requirements with it. just contact them and say you want them to email you the verification forms and mention that you deposited with a prepaid.

5d and Bm pay out the same way. Deposit the check and wait 3 weeks.

they might pay out the same way, but there is a huge difference between the two when it comes down to how long it takes to get an actual check in the mail

the card has to be under the same name with the same billing address that you've registered with Bovada
