i'm sick of 5dimes, i've lost thousands in the casino and i'm on the casino rebate program which has stupid rules you have wait 30 days to get 21 percent otherwise it's 7%, they should be glad to give 21% back anytime for people dumb enough to play it.

if you're in the freeplay deal you get a pending freeplay on every reload? I'm liking betdsi's reward points becuase i bet a high volume. the bad thing is i like poker and they use the same poker room 5dimes does but don't offer rakebake weekly like 5dimes.

Thanks for sharing your experience. Without reading the whole chat, it's hard to assess the issue, but from what I gather, you were upset that some prop bets were regraded and that your balance was set negative as a result of the grades?

was not mad about them regrading the props at all. was mad about being treated like a piece of crap and like i did something wrong when i asked what 1s were regraded. i knew atleast 2 but couldnt pinpoint the rest . the reason i knew 2 were because 1 was from graded to pending a day later. other reason was i went into a negative balance . my balance also went down so im sure there were a couple more. tony said if i dont find atkleast 4 im gonna close your acct. i dont know what the others were cuz they were not posted in my pendeing. then i was told ii was exaggerating the problem. he go go f himself hes been like that always. there customer service is awful and always treat you like your wrong. I will never use them again
