So normally a fast paying service would not have an issue unless something (that really happened) has temporarily thrown a monkey wrench into the works. Also, whoever made up the rule that all payouts should be in 5 or 10 days... nonsense. That is an accommodation and marketing perk... it is not a rule in the special BLACK BOOK of BOOKING. You got hate for Erick, fine... not my business but do not give me a not needed hard time about things I know all about. I like your posts and you are straight forward but there are some current issues with a few well known services that they are trying to correct or work around as fast as possible. Losing a P sucks, losing the money from that P sucks even more and then trying to replace that P and make complaining non understanding customers happy sucks even more when the problem is real and not made up to stall a guy hoping he will lose his balance.

I don't hate Erick nor do I have any issues with you. I am trying to correct you on some issues you brought up related to processing. Yes, some REAL bookies have had slow downs offshore due to processing problems. No doubt, that is a true assessment. I disagree with you regarding the 5-10 business day payouts. They should all be done within that time frame. Don't call something that has been done for decades a marketing perk or accommodation. Granted bigger amounts get extended, but 2 months is stupid. Get players paid as fast as possible and they will come back just like the street. At the end of the day, and considering your posting up with me that my reputation paying on time means something to you.

Agreed, 2 months is stupid and I never supported it. Only time this happens is cash flow problems or a 5 dime or more withdrawal by a certain transfer method which transfer method has been lost. Certain transfers methods can take a month or more to replace so the service has to supplement the pending transfers with other methods that are less accommodating or take longer to complete the larger amounts. on the other side of things, most of the time a book says there are processor delays it turns out to be a bullshit lie because most of these places are run by scumbags. betrevolution of all places, after stealing those players' balances, are never going to get the benefit of the doubt

I agree, this is one of the worst abused excuses in the industry... but what can you do. If it is a well established, highly rated and respected service then it is probably true. If it is the other 99% of services that make up the industry then it is probably a lie or stall hoping you wager and lose your balance. The stall goes both ways though, a guy can always win more. Main problem is the larger bankrolls the winners are not used too lead to poor money management and they are laying ridiculous size wagers and get wiped out fast. Same principle applies to casinos and card games...

Im still waiting on a payout from when i finished my rollover. They gave me 3 payouts from this rollover,1 a week and then cancelled my payout and made me change it to what it is now. The time frame isn't past what is stated yet but im not liking whats been going on lately with all of this, people from chat not on that much, not being able to get a hold of people on the phone, and they haven't responded to my last to emails. I hope everything is ok because they have always paid me before all of this.

I actually spoke with someone this morning by phone and they told me it would be ready by 3pm tomorrow. Not sure what everyone else was told. I've read in other places people were paid but seems like others are waiting. I only know what they told me. Chatting with them is impossible though. It seems like I can't ever get anyone to pickup.

Just got off Chat with OSGA earlier, here's what they said about the complaint i filed last Monday.
