BetDSI average of 10% with a maximum of $140 on fees for similar amount.
BetCris has an average of 10% of the amount requested, for up to $850, Bookmaker was also around 10% with a maximum of $135 on fees same top amount as BetCris.
The other middletiers are on around 6% of the amount. I've seen it as low as 5% of the amount but for sure there is a trade off on bonus options and others to compensate for that.
