it went along with my normal bet amount. The funny thing is I was paid $0 from these wagers and not only that I had a few losing wagers refunded as well. Dont you think I would have played the superfecta straight for $100 if i was trying to cheat the book. Tony did not even give me a chance to tell my side of the story. I rely on the book closing when the race goes off. I am not watching these races live and watching on a several minute delay. I just cant believe Tony is in charge of this book and he acts like that. If you guys read the conversation, i am pretty certain no one would ever play there again. He took advantage of the fact this one time it was past posted and stole thousands from me because of it. Not fair at all, as my balance had ZERO to do with any of the wagers in question.Comment -

without all the info you cant say either side is in the right here.
The software most of these sites use for horseracing is shit and it is easy to past post with no intention of doing so.
on the flip side it is somewhat easy to try and cheat a book because of that.
There are guys who are betting $2 wps on every race at every track all day. They are not watching these races or may be seeing them on delay. They are betting close to PT because they are betting so many tracks and have no way of knowing if the race has already gone off.Comment -

At no point was the wager paid a winner, so I did not use money that wasnt mine. The bet was made at Australia, which 80% of my bets come from . The payout was probably just a few hundred in addition to what I bet, as i had losing wagers as well for this race.. The race before I played a win wager and won $600, which was confirmed good. My balance was in the 5 digit range. So he had no reason to steal my balance because of these wagers- he had no legitimate reason to do this. I will update you guys if anything changes. This has been a stressful day for me , as I was going through this nonsense all day. At first I put a withdrawal in. It was rejected. I contacted them and they said they need to investigate my horse winnings. All my other horse wagers were graded correctly and in time. So after i spoke with live chat, Rommel , the customer service manager, told me to request the payout again and they will process it immediately. 5 minutes later I get an email that tony wants to chat. I go in live chat, and tony starts out the chat by saying so I see you like to past post on horses. That is exactly what he said. No other races were deemed past post. I told him I apologize, but i was not paid out anything from the wagers and that I even had losing wagers that race as well. I told him im sorry for the error but this was not done on purpose. Then he responds, you past posted, you cheated. your account is now deleted. Goodbye. I guarantee he thought there was no way I had my account history saved, as he made my account invalid to login with in a matter of seconds. But I do have my history and I emailed it with the dispute I submitted to SBR. I am praying I get paid. I am tired of the whole offshore world now. I just cant believe Tony is manager at a big book like 5dimes and treats customers like this. I was left speechless after the chat.
