I'm going to back off on my comments earlier. Sure, I have had some issues with CS lately, but bottom line is that BI pays fast (and free once a month) plus Jon makes good on legit complaints. Also, he's always willing to post at SBR, responding to the good and the bad alike. He runs one of the best US facing Books today.

Nothing, seriously--just a change of heart. I got to thinking of the bs I was put through at Betonline last year, the verbal abuse that 5D's Tony has put people through, and suddenly the small hiccups I've had with BI lately didn't seem all that bad.

I've asked the same question as well in the past, and I think this is what seperates an A Book from a B Book these days. Bookmaker, DSI, Heritage and 5D provide the service to one another. BI would be a welcome addition to this class of Books, but they seem to hesitate. If they would create a B2B agreement with just any one of these Books, I'd say raise BI to an A book. Otherwise they remain just a solid B Book
(maybe B- until checks return).

It could be they have alot of players with large balances. With they're max payouts set per week, it might allow them to better manage whats going out.

No, didnt mean to imply that since who really knows. The 4 other books mentioned that did transfers between them have been around along time and maybe don't have the same constraints as a smaller book.

I have lifetime winnings of 886. I read the whole statement you made... I have to say in the over 1 year time I have made thousands of dollars in deposits I have not dealt with you, and your ability to not talk about the real problem was pretty surprising. I played in your casino for 12 hours, made 700 dollars. Why has it taken over 2 weeks to "investigate" ? You have the right to refuse business...I get that. But players need to know that if they make money in your casino, they may have funds frozen for a period of time, and future action shut down.

First time I heard they have done that. I hit 2 royals there each for 2000 and even though I lost one of them back over next couple days never had my account frozen. What game was you playing

Im pretty sure he was referring to the transition after they acquired another book and were supposedly expanding..they had a few tech issues during that time.

^^ Correct. Had instances where I couldn't place wagers, there were unreasonable limits, the site was down.... Jon cited an upgrade, said there would be exciting changes coming to the site (earlier lines, more wagering options etc), apologized for any inconvenience and thanked me for my loyalty.
So, like an idiot I created a thread (Betislands Upgrade) to discuss.... the Upgrade. And SBR just let me prattle on, when they knew the book was falling apart and would steal my bankroll in T minus 30 days.
