Been waiting since 19th October for a Skrill payout. CS blame it on third party processors.

Yeah those payment methods can lead to serious hassle as they'll pretend they paid you, then it's a big battle to even get the funds back into your account just to restart the process

I'm sure its clear to the forum regulars that SBR's ratings are greatly influenced by the number of Benjamin Franklin's it receives from certain books and Betonlines monthly envelope must be real thick.

I 'tweeted' him twice last week. No answer.

I've spoken to three people on live chat, useless (I'm not having a go at the agents per se because I dont think they have been given the tools to do anything beyond talk to people), all I want is my money.

I held my breath until I received my money back.
Would never deposit a sizeable amount with them..

I also enjoy how instead of answering the questions that are the underlying problem SBR just says did you file a complaint. Just the state of a dying(post-up) industry I suppose.

If a player reports a problem, the first course of action is to attempt to help the player with his or her specific problem.

Now, as for the situation generally --- we are asking when management expects their Moneybookers time-frame to be back at what's currently advertised. Some players have been paid alternate methods at no cost to them in the meantime, others prefer to wait for this method. I can absolutely assure you that nothing is being swept under the rug or that the "underlying problem" as you put it is being ignored.
